I found Ken via some friends that had and old clock that needed repair and not finding anybody that was willing to look at it. Ken fixed their clock and has been working fine. He even made a house call for a Grandfather clock. I took my Howard Miller clock to Ken on this referral for repair because it was not chiming correctly. Although Ken had it for some time and missed calls we finally connected and got the verdict. The cost to repair(that is parts from Howard Miller) was more than I wanted to spend. Ken, spent many hours looking in the blogosphere and while vacationing in Germany visiting the clock«gurus» for a fix. Bottom line is, no he could not fix it, but he spent a lot of his time trying. He refused to accept any compensation, because in his words, «If I can’t fix it, I’m not going to charge you». Summary … he’s an ethnical man and he’s one of those that do what they do because it’s a challenge and fun.
