RUDE and INCOMPETENT. Extremely rude staff they do not know anything. could not up sell their way out of a paper bag. My wife came in for a battery because the battery light was on crew member did not ask any questions even after he was told the battery light was on did not offer to check her alternator which a smart salesperson would do oh I’m sorry you don’t have sales people you have order takers but this is what you get when you do not pay minimum wage so I do have to take that into account here’s the big tip don’t go here never go there or you’ll be treated rudely and end up going to Auburn to get your parts anyway

I have had nothing but excellent service here. I have found that they usually have whatever I need on hand and what they don’t have they can get for me the next day or have any other store hold for me. Additionally, their prices are as good as you can find anywhere. This is my go to place for automotive parts and supplies in Colfax.

I am absolutely a fan of Riebes! When my car battery died and couldn’t hold a charge, I drove up the hill to Riebe’s and bought my new battery (which btw was one of the best and priced the cheapest). One of the young guys was kind enough to swap out my old battery for the new one so I could get over to the high school to pick up my daughter on time. They are phenomenal in the customer service department and i will continue to be a loyal customer for years to come!
