Buffalo Wild Wings

This place absolutely sucks. Took a buddy here for a cubs game and the food is way overpriced. Felt like I was being rushed the entire time, and when I mentioned it, it then seemed like I was not being served at all.
When I asked if they had any specials on beer it was like I turned into an Alien.
Its like the people working there have rocks for brains.
On plus side, the location looked nice from the outside.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Terrible food, terrible customer service. Only come here if you want an entrée of attitude with your awful food.
I ordered take out online. Was suppose to be ready at 11:20, didn’t get my food until 11:40. Treated very poorly, when I brought up a concern about my food before I walked out the door at 11:40, the woman at the take out counter just kept talking about how she’s worked there for 11 years and I was wrong about my problem with the food. When I finally was able to take the food back to work, the cheese fries were beyond being edible. They were rock hard and looked like the restaurant had put them in a microwave 4 or 5 times. The wings were EXTREMELY dry on the inside, as if they received the same treatment as my fries. My coworker was immediately sick after eating her order I picked up with my own. I felt queasy after a few wings (didn’t eat the fries, inedible). This is the WORST location I’ve ever been too, which is funny because it is so new.

Definitely the worst service I’ve ever had. For starters we sat down and were asked what drinks we wanted. After ordering it took 10 minutes to receive them. We placed our meal order when we received our drinks. Our food took 20+ minutes to arrive even though it was an extremely basic order (soft pretzels, small order of wings, and cheese fries). My girlfriends wings were cold and the cheese on the fries were hard because of how long they sat for. So for the next 25 minutes we both ate off my soft pretzels as we waited for our server to come back so we can tell her about the food. After waiting 25 minutes she still didn’t return, promoting me to seek a manager about the food. We told her the service and food were horrible. My girlfriend didn’t want a new food order, just her food taken off the check. The manager said she would be that. Then when the waiter finally returned, we asked for the check. Took her another 10 minutes to get our check (seriously). When I received the check the food wasn’t taken off it, just discounted. I told the waitress it wasn’t taken off the check and she argued it was. I then explained to her that I did the math and it wasn’t. She went back and changed it. She came back with the right one this time and handed it to and was very noticeable with her attitude. Basically I always give a 20% if not more, but this was the first time I didn’t give a tip. I know how hard waiters work for tips, but that’s the thing, they work for them. This waitress didn’t. She deserved nothing, definitely not a job. If you ever come to this Bdubs, ask for a different waitress if you get «Sarah!».

It’s a wing place but the wings are terrible. Chewy, and tough with a sauce that smelled and tasted like feet. It was almost funny, walking around and noticing all of the half eaten and unfinished orders of wings sitting on the empty tables. The service was ok this time, but usually is pretty poor. I had some nachos for an appetizer and they were pretty good. So go for the nachos and beer, but steer clear of the wings.

Worst service ever! I was hoping for a nice quiet relaxing lunch. After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come seat me, I waited another 10 before anyone came to take my order. While she took my order she not so kindly put her dirty dish tray on my table to do so. It’s was covered in water and ketchup. I ordered a beer that was printed in their menu, not the drink menu but apparently it didn’t exist. After waiting 20 more minutes for six wings a different waitress came out with my order but stopped to talk with a group of what appeared to be her friends before they left.
About 5 – 10 minutes after receiving my food the manager came out to tell me that that the other beer I wanted had a faulty tap but I can order anything else. I chose this moment to relay to him the sub-​par service I’ve been receiving. I also chose this moment to move inside based upon the amount of expletives coming from the adjacent table. This is when the harassment from the waitress who hugged her friends began. Based on how she was staring at me from across the room, not just glancing. Full facing my direction and pointedly starting at me. Then she would laugh towards me periodically as she would face me. Eventually she got bored of this because I wasn’t acknowledging her but the audacity of it was astounding.
The poor manager has a lot on his hands if this is how his staff acts. He tried his best to fix the problems that were occurring but you can’t paddle upstream forever. I think they need to clean house.

We were really looking forward to trying this newer location. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t on par with that of other reviewers. We had problems with cold food and rude service. That being said, the manager worked hard to help us. She seemed genuinely sorry and concerned about all the problems our table was experiencing. Hopefully her guidance can turn things around.
Music volume is an issue here. They weren’t very busy, and yet the music was extremely loud. We finally gave up on talking to each other since it was too hard to hear.
It may be a while before we try this location again.

Buffalo Wild Wings I love the experience the loudness the laid back atmosphere. The restaurant was spacious plenty of seating as well as televisions. The food would be rated okay the wings were okay the best fast bar food could be. We went to experience the new wings place on Colerain. I would go again but maybe just for cocktails and a small appetizer. Just an example our bill was $ 40 for a party of two at a wings establishment, it was more the experience than the food!

Great fast service! Love the new building and location! Super open and inviting. Service was fast and accurate.
