Robert’s Total Care Salon

I go to Robert’s because I get a good hair cut. However, this place always leaves me feeling a bit gouged and disappointed.
Don’t get me wrong-​The haircuts are good! But the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired from a pricey salon.
1-​the environment is ugly. Usually there is no place to sit and wait for your stylist because the ugly black chairs are covered with boxes. The lighting, wall color and overall design of the place is bland and reflects a harsh light on you. We go to a salon to become more attractive, right? I don’t really want to be uglified in the process.
2-​color services leave out important details. They do not put any resist on your skin to avoid staining of forehead, neck and ears. Every time I’ve had my hair colored there, I walk out with funny colored ears and stains all over my face and neck line.
3-​stylists don’t finish the style. Each time I’ve gone for a color, cut and style, the stylist says I’m finished and my hair is still wet. No roller brushes, no hot rollers, no styling products or instructions about how to maintain the style myself.

I go to Roberts at least once a month to get my hair done, because I absolutely love this place and trust them with anything that they do. I leave there feeling fabulous and I receive compliments all the time on my hair. They always hold a conversation with you, ask if they can get anything for you, they just always have their customers as their number one priority once you walk in the door. After each appointment all of the hair dressers compliment me, as well as the customers waiting, showing you that they REALLY know what they’re doing.
I loooove love love love this place!!! I can’t emphasize it enough!
