A weekly treat. The food is always good and the service is friendly. Have a beer while you wait, they have a great selection on tap. Thank you brothers!

Great menu full of unique sandwiches and pies. I’m pretty cheap and usually seek out slice or sandwich specials in the $ 6 – 8 range for a quick lunch, but given the quality of Three Brothers’ ingredients and originality of each of their sandwiches, I’m willing to regularly shell out $ 9.99+ tax for the sandwich fries/chips and drink specials they put out every week. They’re always coming up with something unique. As I type this I’m eating: Steak Florentine Melt Marinated steak tips, sautéed spinach, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese on toasted ciabatta bread with sweet potato chips and fountain soda $ 9.99 My only gripe(which I’ve told the brothers!) is that they got rid of the Billy S. Goat pizza, which I first tried a few years back during restaurant week and it’s quite possibly the best pizza I’ve ever had.

I miss this place! I lived in Vermont for over three years and worked close to Three Brothers. If you are not from VT, it may seem strange to have restaurants attached to gas stations. I moved there and could not find the place at first because I was not looking for it to be in a station. It is. I learned after being there a while, it’s not that strange. It works. Three Brothers has pizza creations designed by … Three Brothers who own the place. The pizza is very good. Buy it by the slice or buy it by the pie. They also server cold beer on draft or bottle. It was a great place to meet with people after work to have a slice and a pint. Beyond the pizza, they have great wraps(chipotle chicken bacon — yumm) /sandwiches, wings, calzones, etc. Good place. Good people. Good food. Good drink. Good prices. PS — If my memory serves correctly, the gas station next door is owned by the brother’s parents. They sell deli sandwiches in the store — those sandwiches are pretty darn good as well!

If there is better gas station pizza anywhere in the world, I for one would like to see it. Yes, this is a gas station. Do not be put off by this. They are not selling you hot pockets that have been flattened with a mallet. They are selling you kick ass pizza with a kick ass sauce with great seasonings. Unusual combos available too. One of our favorites was a chicken broccoli pizza called the Barack O’Chicken. No wait, that doesn’t make any sense. Broccoli Obama. That’s it. Whatever, it was fantastic. One of the best places to eat, if not the best place, in the Burlington region.

We went in for a quick lunch and I got the Blues Brother burger while my wife got the Caprese Melt with a cheddar ale soup, which was a special that day. The burger was perfectly cooked which I find to be a problem for many restaurants to accomplish there was a good amount of bacon and blue cheese on the burger which is always nice too. The one thing I did not like was the«fried onions» these were over cooked and were almost like powder when eaten. One other thing that I did forget was to order lettuce and other free items like tomato for the burger which don’t automatically come with the burger, this is a good thing to know for people that are going there for the first time. My wife’s food was very good and the soup had a nice balance of cheddar and ale. We did not have beer this time but they have a great beer selection. The staff is friendly as well and helpful in getting you anything you need, good spot for a great selection of food.

Great slices of pizza! Lots of good beer on tap(and a slice and pint special), but watch out, they are pretty high in alcohol.

How often does a business owner respond within 30 minutes to your online question and call you at home to answer your question?! I cannot thank 3 Brothers enough for responding to my request and assuring me that they could deliver my dinner for 10 the following evening. Excellent food(We had salads, pizza and sandwiches), excellent service and amazing deliver to the northern territories of Colchester… I recommend this business to ALL! Thank you!

We got takeout from here our first night in our new house in Colchester. This place is pretty good. Nothing fancy or too expensive, just your typical Italian pizzaria. I am always on the lookout for decent breaded mushrooms and this place has the best by far in the area. We will definitely order from them again and we’d love to actually go there and eat.

By far my favorite pizza place in the area. True NYC style pizza. I recommend this place to friends any chance I get.

I ordered delivery, so didn’t have the dine-in experience. The food was great! I ordered a pepperoni pizza, boneless honey BBQ wings, and fried mushrooms. The pizza was perfect! The crust was flavorful and texture was chewy with a little crisp. They added just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. The boneless wings were good, but fairly standard. They were very generous with the ranch and blue cheese dressings on the side. The fried mushrooms were very good – excellent taste – however, they were very small. Overall, I was very happy with the food and will definitely order food here again!

$ 2 draft beer and good food in a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff and owners. My fiancé enjoyed the pizza because there wasn’t a lot of sauce and no herbs and spices on the cheese. Will be back to support a local business

Food here was amazing. My girlfriend and I ordered the Vermonter sandwich, which I must say is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had since moving to Vermont. We also got the Celtic Pizza which was delicious as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Holy cow — what a DELIGHTFUL find while traveling in the Burlington area! Imagine our surprise to find that this well-rated pizza joint is situated adjacent to a gas station, ostensibly in what would’ve been retail or storage space in the past. We’re suckers for artisan pizza, and thought we must have misread something when we pulled into the parking lot. Truly, the quality of the ‘za does NOT match the exterior. Don’t be afraid, walk right in and order! A myriad of toppings/combos to delight in. All ingredients were fresh, flavorful. The crust is delicious — hand tossed, thin and tender. Super-friendly service to boot. And priced so reasonably we had to do a double take! We popped in for the first time during UVM orientation in June. It was so good, we couldn’t WAIT to get back when we moved the Kid into the dorms in August!

Short but sweet. After five years in VT this was and is my favorite pizza place. Yes it helps that we can get them to deliver to our home but even if they didn’t we would make the trip. Some suggestions are the white pizza, the three brothers pizza, the lasagna pizza and pretty much anything else.

I called to check on my delivery which was more than an hour late. I was told on the phone I was being too impatient because its Friday lunch rush. I asked if I could get a discounted price for the long wait. The person on the phone said next time to come pick it up if I want it on time. I asked to speak to a manager and turns out the owner was the one I was talking to! Can’t believe the owner would talk to a customer like that. I wasn’t even being rude or disrespectful in any way. Just a concerned customer. I cancelled the order because dominos got here before they did and when I called to cancel they said to never order from them again. Don’t eat here. It’s mediocre food, high prices and run by a jackass. I will go to dominos. It’s cheap, decent food for the price and they have better customer service surprisingly.

Was staying nearby and used Unilocal to find this restaurant. A little strange to find at first because it’s located in the old maintenance section of a still existing Shell gas station. It is a walk in and order at the counter place and has seating for eating in. The food was fantastic, much more than expected, even compared with restaurants located in downtown Burlington. Would definitely recommend a visit there if looking for a non-complicated meal.

This place is decent, nothing special though. Pizza by the slice always seems like it has been sitting around too long, even when reheated you can tell its not the freshest. Pizza by the whole pie is good and a decent size for the biggest one, they load on the toppings. The wings are just ok, chicken parm is not that big but delicious and they serve beer so that is great! Good dining room, a few TVs. The first 2 times we went and ate in, they were sooooo slow getting us our food, I mean like 40 minutes! The next time still slow but better and the last time was fast. Call ahead!
