My landlord is a realtor at Berkshire and would have expected more from an agent that is also a landlord. She’s trying to sell before the property I’m renting is foreclosed on. Never fixed items needing repair after I moved in and still have a light hanging by wires since last November I’m sure there are good realtors there but agents who are landlords should be monitored by the agencies they work for. Didn’t fix a toilet leak which cost me a large water bill and only took 100 of my rent after she found it was 500 and I had to ask her to pay a portion because it was the right thing to do. She should never be allowed to be a landlord and if this is a reflection of the type of people Berkshire hires then I would steer clear.
