«Nice» apartments, TERRRRRIIBBLLEEEEE management. The office employees are incompetent, disorganized, forgetful and sometimes plain out liars. They do not stick to their word and the smallest requests are dragged out into weeks/​month long processes. You would think for that price they would be able to hire better staff.

Nice place to live if you don’t need maintenance. Only YOU WILL because the apartments have constant problems and they are completely incompetent at fixing things. If you do make the mistake of living here make sure you at least live upstairs otherwise if there is a backup of water (because upstairs and downstairs sinks go into the same drain) it will cover your apartment in sewage water and they won’t fix anything unless you hound them constantly. But that won’t stop them from raising your rent every year.
