Very nice apartments, however the management has completely disregarded finishing the building itself. No lighting on the property, construction trash all over, hallways, elevators are dirty. Each floor has half of the lights out. Very promising complex when they decide to actually finish the entire building. Hopefully it will be a better experience when I revisit in the spring 2016. Also some of the amenities mentioned by the leasing manager seem unrealistic based on the progress of the second and third buildings.

Brand new apartment living! River views in ALL apartments, large and bright, many closets.
Stainless Steel appliances, beautiful cabinets. Washer & Dryer in every apartment in the large laundry room. Fireplace is amazing, not only gives off heat but can change the color of the flames and back light!
I was able to get a client in this community this month and she is so excited to wake up each morning to the sunrise over the river!
Being in Real Estate, its nice to know there is a beautiful place I can now recommend in this area.
