Windsor Tea Shop & Tea Room

This was nice. Small dinning room. We had a party of 5 the day before mother’s day so we made sure we made a reservation. It looked like a few other people planned a head as well. We ordered off the menu (but there were some signs around stating that as of May 31, 2014 they wont be offering menu service anymore) The food was adequate for the location, and pricing.
They have updated the table cloths «old lady» as I have anticipated.
The service was good, the only real issue that I had was that my niece (7) ordered the Lemon scone and the waitress thought she was kidding and brought her something else. We asked her to bring out what she ordered and she was a little rude about it… saying something along the lines of «well she if she eats it» And was surprised that she liked the lemon, mentioning that she’s never seen a kid like lemon. I didn’t really care for that, she’s seven and knows her own tastes (and we all knew she LOVES lemon).
It was a nice afternoon, and the quality met my expectations for the pricing. I’m disappointed to see this won’t be an option on the South Shore anymore.
