Entras en el salón y ya sientes que es un tiempo que te das para ti misma y que te consientan, buen servicio y productos de calidad para el cabello, además de paquetes de servicios a muy buenos precios.

I totally agree with the reviewers that have said the service is horrendous. If you have any type of coupon they will find a way to not honor it they managed to trick me TWICE. From claiming blackout dates, and only allowing appointments to be scheduled for after the coupon expires I confronted him over the phone about the tactics and all of a sudden an appointment opened up at the precise time I had wanted imagine that. The manicurist was nice and friendly but my pedicure and manicure was half assed at best because of the coupon I’m sure(even though I ended up paying full price since they wouldn’t honor it so I received a sub par service for full price). The guy at the front desk was extremely unhelpful and charged me more than the advertised price at that point I just wanted out of there. There are so many great spots in the grove that actually like customers any one is better than this one.

There is nobody else you should trust with your highlights! I have been looking for someone in Miami who did not turn my hair, «mufasa blonde!» That reddish, dingy look you get when you don’t know what your doing. Tiano really knows his color and is committed to his salon. He struggles with what most business owners struggle with in this town: finding good workers! I have been going here for about a year and I have to say his color and cuts are perfect! I have had a cut from another worker of his and it was fine. If your looking for a salon that is professional, all business, and skilled this is the one.

Dishonest! I called to schedule a mani-pedi with a groupon. They told me not to buy the groupon and that thy would honor the groupon price. But when arrived they wouldn’t honor the groupon price. Then when I wouldn’t pay the higher price they told me I would have to schedule an appointment in 2 months for the lower price because their slots were full. I should have known because there wasn’t a single person in the salon and the manicurist was sitting there waiting.

Only reason for even 1 star is the woman who did my nails was a total sweetheart. Otherwise, terrible service. Now, I am never one to give a bad review, but right now I am extremely heated. Went to destress on my work lunch break and instead became even more stressed out by how rude and attacking the owner Tiano was. I wanted to use my Unilocal coupon(which at no point did it say it must be presented ahead of time) and he did not want to let me use it. He called me dishonest for not telling him ahead of time. I’m not sure what the point would be of purposely withholding the fact that I had a coupon? Does he give a lesser mani pedi if you are using a coupon? I don’t get it. That being said — no matter what, you should NEVER be rude to your clients. Especially in Coconut Grove where good salons are a dime a dozen. No wonder the place was so empty.

I’ve been to Tiano twice for mani-pedis and both times was a lovely experience. Monica took her time and I was left with perfectly polished fingers and toes. Tiano just lost me as a future client. They gave me a postcard offering $ 30 in free services for giving a Unilocal review. When I just called to redeem for a blowout, he said I had to spend at least $ 75. No where on the postcard does it say this. Bad business.

The BF recently handed me a flyer for this salon, which was totally random. Their prices are very reasonable, so I decided to give them a try since I had some errands to run in the Grove. I love that they have online appointment scheduling because I hate talking on the phone. Booking a same day pedi on a Saturday was no problem. Another bonus: Municipal parking garage directly on top of the salon. My nail tech didn’t speak a lick of English, which is fine by me. I’d rather enjoy my Instyle magazine than engage in small talk. She was very pleasant and took good care of my abused feet. I get really bad ingrown toe nails(thank you, stilettos), so a pedicure for me borders minor surgery. She wasn’t the gentlest with my toes, but took her time and was thorough. The 60 minute spa pedicure was done in about 45, which is fine by me. $ 30 is not a bad deal, and their chairs are very comfortable. Good selection of Opi and Essie polishes.
