Montys Stone Crab

Cool restaurant. Nice environment. Good food. The only warning I have to anyone reading this review is that their valet parking will not care and leave so by the time your are finished with your dinner you won’t have your car to ger back home. As I am writing this review I am taking a taxi to meet with a random person who says has my car keys. I left my car in the valet parking service Monty’s offers. We finished eating and by the time we were heading to our car — oh surprise everyone from the valet parking is gone and even worse they took mu car keys!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! So what do I do I take a taxi to the hotel my friends are staying at and then call it the number of this valet parking company. I am writing this review and have not yet found a solution to this enormous inconvenience. Where are my car keys??? How the heck am I getting to work tomorrow!!! Is this the service you offer your customers??? I will make sure everyone I know hears this story…

Our server was terrible, maybe he had no motivation give good service since an 18% gratuity was going to be tacked on to our ticket regardless of whether he got us ketchup or refilled our drinks, etc. Very disappointed. The food was lackluster and the fried conch was fairly inedible.

My son got very very sick after eating the stone crab here .I called to warn them and poss get my money back and instead I got a very argumentative manager that said the owner would call me back but never did. I don’t like the way it was handled. As for the stone crab it tasted frozen and bland. I would not go here again. Don’t understand the 5 star rating? Not to mention dinner was 30+ a person.

Not impressed with this place at all, the food was regular (I won’t be going back there) they took extremely long between waiting for drinks, appetizers and the meal, not worth the wait

Very relaxed place, great view, great drinks, live music. Can’t be bad. Great selection at the raw bar… A happy hour must try!
