Food is amazing! Best fried calamari I have ever had. I ordered the ethos platter with gyro, which is very filling. You get rice, potatoes, salad, choice of meat, Greek yogurt sauce, and pita. My family all enjoyed their dishes. Watermelon cooler was yummy and made to order. I think we waited to get a table longer than we actually sat at the table. But the food comes out very quickly once you order.

This place is a good 40 minute drive for me as we live in Fort Lauderdale and its worth it every time we get there… PLEASERELOCATE to WILTONMANORSALREADY!!! I used to go to Greek Islands until I found a hair there and Ethos is a awesome and better replacement! The caiphrina drink is delicious with the salmon entrée with rice and salad!

Very good Greek food at fair prices. It is often crowded so plan accordingly. Large outside seating area with fans opens up the options. The bar is well equipped and comfortable for dining should a table not be available.

Food was amazing, delicious and price was very fair! Loved the atmosphere and that the food was still recognizable as Greek even with the modern twist. Must get the spicy feta dip!!!

Suzanne at bar amazing! My wife and I went in during prime time date night Wednesday and quickly found bar seats for dinner. Bottle of wine and a few classy mojitos with the fancy raw sugar cane garnish was the perfect set up the saganaki. Great conversation scrapping at the bar made me feel right at home. Looking at the wonderful food options flying out of the kitchen, we promptly ordered two gyro meat greek salads. I feel like I should have taken pictures to share the perfect presentation, but the establishment already had to many photos of the great food. Best advice is to be patient as you frequent this great food stop. Parking is a bit difficult as with limited parking even before the current ongoing construction. Maybe even consider this a Monday — Thursday spot avoiding weekends until parking lot issues resolved. The food is worth the wait and the staff on top of their game. Go Greek Ethos! :-)

Wow! What a wonderful customer service experience. I want to revel and bask in what was a beautiful symphony of what an attentive, pleasant and responsive waiter(feel bad forgot name cute french guy) … manager who checked with us… person who got drinks for us apologizing for the delay(umm like 1 minute) …makes me feel awesome and made me and my co worker happy we left the office for this working lunch. We loved it ! Food was delish… we ate light Calamari salad and Beet salad, side of pita bread and 2 unsweet ice teas. Make our day. perfect!!! Happy Friday

One can never go wrong with Ethos! In the Promenade Shopping Center, the inside of Ethos in not too large. However, there are a large number of tables outside as well. The décor is sleek, modern, but still comfortable and inviting. I have dined at Ethos a few times and have always been generally pleased with the food. It was a superb location for a business lunch where everyone was on their best eating behavior and the entire table ordered salads and light fare. I ordered the Ethos Platter with Salmon. A huge platter, it came with Greek salad, spinach rice, roasted potatoes, pita and yogurt sauce. The platter was so big I was able to eat the fish and salad and leave most of the starch behind. Everything was very tasty. Other visits were for dinner. One time my dining companions and I indulged in the«Silver Sampler», a great deal at $ 21 per person, it consists of various spreads, Greek salad, stuffed grape leaves, a meat platter, grilled kefte rice, and potatoes. The Sampler is served family style and is fun to share with the table. My favorite part of the meal was the spreads. I don’t recall all of the exact spreads but I know there was Eggplant and Hummus. I absolutely loved the Hummus! The Greek Salad was extremely fresh with the reddest, ripest tomatoes and slabs of tangy feta. I think I was the only one at the table who liked Grape Leaves so I luckily had them all to myself. Delicious! The meat platter consisted of Gyro, Grilled Chicken, and Pork Tenderloin. The Gyro meat was tasty but I thought the other meats were a bit dry. Another dinner was a bit lighter. I chose two items from the«Small Plates» section of the menu. The Lemon Chicken Soup was absolutely wonderful!!! Thick lemony flavored chicken broth with orzo and small bits of chicken… a flavor sensation and very filling! I also ordered the Grilled Calamari. The Calamari had a perfect consistency and a nice flavor but was just a tad over seasoned for me. One consistent thing about Ethos? Every time I have been there the service has been stellar. The food comes out quickly but I have never felt rushed. The servers are very friendly. Overall, Ethos is great choice for any dining occasion!

This casual bistro at the Promenades of Coconut Creek is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is always delicious and tastes fresh. I’ve been here for both lunch and dinner, and the staff has always been welcoming and the food has always been great. I’ve invited at least 6 people to dine with me for various meetings, and they all have nothing but positive things to say about Ethos. I highly recommend their Gyro platter. Their red potatoes are perfectly made and their rice never disappoints. It’s a great place to hang with friends or even have a meeting.

I rolled in here in here for a Happy Hour Friday night with a couple of hungry ladies. We ordered food like we were at an elementary lunch hour. We started with Hummus, Zesty Creamy Feta & Cheese Saganaki washed down with Cucumber Twist’s and a few others. We sat at the bar and we were well taken care of. Next time I need a Friday night stress relief I’ll be back.

Finally a unique, trendy, delicious and reasonably priced Italian restaurant near by! For us, the fact that the restaurant is located at the Promenade(Coconut Creek) is a plus. Easy parking and the environment is great! Food was above expectations, and service was spot on! Instantly, it became one of our favorites in the region!

Finally had the chance to eat at Ethos in Coconut Creek and had a mixed experience. The restaurant is in a good location and the service was really good. We started with the spread sampler appetizer and it was outstanding. The pita was fresh and warm and each spread was great. Our favorites were the hummus and the Greek yogurt with cucumber. We both ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat for our main. The salads looked incredible so we were pretty excited. Unfortunately the salad had very little taste. If they used any dressing at all it was just oil. No seasoning and no vinegar. For us, the dressing is one of the most important parts of a Greek salad — so needless to say we were disappointed.

The service was nice and the portions were good! The pork belly was charred very well leaving a good taste to it. I’m not a big fan of red peppers buts the roasted red pepper with the balsamic tasted pretty good to me! The fried calamari was delicious! The batter was even and it wasn’t heavy batter. I would definitely try this for a small plate to share. The gyro platter was a huge portion. I had enough for a whole other meal. The platter included pita, salad, spinach rice, red potatoes, yogurt sauce and the gyro meat. The prices were decent and the quality of the food was really good. The inside of the restaurant was well decorated and it had a nice atmosphere. Good place to go with friends for lunch or dinner!

Ethos has the best Greek food for sure. Every single plate is awesome. Friendly staff, great decoration, fair price! My favorite food: *shrimp saganaki(I always ask for a side of rice to eat with the shrimp that comes with tomato sauce and feta cheese, it is just amazing) *Cheese saganaki *Chicken artichoke *Cucumber yoghurt and garlic!(Forgot the name) But seriously that’s my favorite restaurant!

Ethos is the best Greek restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. I was introduced to it by Sue B and her husband Michael. I was dubious at first, but I soon realized the reputation of Ethos was well-deserved. It’s a rather small restaurant. I love to go with my wife Diane. It’s a beautiful romantic spot with just fabulous food. The combo platters are terrifically mouth-watering. The breads are equally fantastic. Service is excellent. The food is so good, I could eat here every day of the week. If you want to take someone from out of town to a scrumptious meal, this is the place to go. Everyone is nice and helpful. I’m ready to go back right now and have one of the combos!

Aw yeaaa, lunch with Aubs and the grandmas. We started with a pitcher of red sangria cause our grandmas love their cocktails. It had a slight fiz but was still good(I hate really fizzy sangrias), also had a nice presentation with the fruit slices in your cup before the drink is poured. My grandma enjoyed her greek salad, shes a feta cheese lover and the feta cheese was very generous. Aub’s grandma thought she was badass by ordering the gyro platter instead of the sandwich. Who are you kidding grandma, you know you cant eat that much food. None the less, she still enjoyed the part that she was able to eat. I got the grilled salmon sandwich on pretzel bun, it was moist and flavorful and came with a dill cream sauce that was also great. I kinda wish I was eating this right now. No complaints here on the food, everyone at the table enjoyed their meal. The food gets bonus points for presentation. Service was very good, and the have indoor/outdoor seating.

Rating: 91⁄100 pts Ever skeptical when trying new restaurants around Boca, I should have known that my sister, who loves Greek food, knew what she was talking about when she said Ethos is the real deal. And it is – this is superlative Greek. Soon after being seated, you are served with fresh bread on a wooden board with seasoned olive oil. Slightly crisp on the outside with a pillowy interior, the bread is still steaming from its initial bake. Finding bread this good in this part of town is a rarity in itself, and this is before you even get to the crux of the meal. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here, but if you get an appetizer, I wouldn’t pass up the Spinach Pies. These are some superbly flakey pies, with the perfect amount of fresh spinach and feta. In fact, this pretty much goes for everything they serve: the potatoes, salad, grilled vegetables – all are prepared with a high focus on freshness and quality. Never does anything feel like it was prepared and stored in advance. As for the meats: the Lamb Chops are some of the best I’ve ever had, with the natural juices emanating out after biting halfway through. The chicken is also fantastic, seasoned and cooked to perfection. I’d also recommend their desserts. The baklava is rich and authentic. Every layer is crisp yet buttery. And as a further sign of authenticity, you feel a drizzle of honey in your mouth each time you chomp down. There are not many hotspots for ethnic foods in the greater Boca area, but Ethos certainly makes my shortlist as being one of the best – and probably is the best Greek restaurant in town. A perfect place to take relatives or a date. Even Aristotle would be pleased… hypothetically speaking.

I have been here before, but usually just for drinks on the patio. Today was different, with the boss for my bday lunch(a office tradition). We could have gone anywhere, and with Bar Louie and the sushi of Saitos across the way it was a minor upset to go with Ethos. But thanks to other Unilocal friends I already knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. We got our choice of tables and immediately both ordered a dirty martini. For lunch? Especially for lunch. We had three different servers in the first 10 minutes. There was some confusion in who had what tables. What I can tell you is all three servers were awesome. Friendly, digging there job. We commented, «it’s rare to see so many spot nice people working at a place». The food came out fast. The marinated shrimp, killer. The golden beet salad, made me actually like beets a little. And the platter was as good as any Gyro you could want. Sit outside, it’s a great spot, but even sitting inside you won’t regret stopping in this cheery spot.

It was a Friday night, after a couple of beers, we needed some food. I wanted carbs(don’t you always want/need that after drinking?) So, I looked at the restaurants right in front of World of Beer and thought a burger or wings would be perfect but, Adriana S. kept insisting we went to Ethos. I’m not familiar with Greek food, so I was not too inclined to go but, agreed on it since I was hungry and didn’t want to make it a late night wasting time deciding on a place. I told her then, and I tell you now, I am so glad she insisted. This place was great! We were seated immediately. I looked at the drinks menu and asked the server what would she recommend if I didn’t like sweet drinks. I had two in mind from the menu and she recommended one of them, the Balsamico(vodka, aged balsamic, strawberries, yuzu). It was a little too bitter for my taste but at the same time refreshing and definitely not sweet, which was the one thing I asked for. Adriana had the Lychee Martini, which I had a sip to try and loved that it wasn’t too sweet either… I could order that one here too. After reading the rest of the menu, we decided on some appetizer to share. We thought 4 should be enough to satisfy us and, since it was my first time, for me to try different things and be able to see if I like the place or not. We started with the spread sampler — I think I will order this every time I go back. The hummus was lacking flavor but the other 3 spreads were amazing! The Spicy Creamy Feta(roasted red pepper, homemade yogurt, hint of jalapeño) might have been my favorite one. I love cheese, and the little kick from the peppers and jalapeños was a great combination. The Greek Yogurt & Cucumber was refreshing and light, and the Grilled Eggplant was flavorful and liked the texture from the walnuts. This comes with delicious, fresh pita bread. With the spread sampler we got the Cheese Flambé. Also served with Pita Bread. Was a little disappointed they didn’t flame it in front of us but the cheese was comforting and delicious. Do eat it fast, if not it’s just semi-hard cheese and not the same. Second round were the Calamari, we had them fried and were perfect; and the Mediterranean Mussels(steamed with garlic & tomato, white wine & feta). Full of flavor, the feta adds a little saltiness, I loved this dish. Our server checked up on us regularly, making sure we were enjoying our dinner, and even holding the mussels in the kitchen until we had room in our table for them to come out. When she realized we were full, and done, immediately offered to go boxes and prepared them for us. After my initial hesitation, I can say I’m really glad I came. This is a fantastic place, with delicious food and great service. Can’t wait to go back!

Great service, great food. Ethos is located at the promenade next to World of Beer. This is very convenient because you can have drinks at world of beer while waiting for your table at Ethos. My favorite dish was the pork belly. Just delicious. The octopus was good but not the best I’ve had. Shrimp scampi was great! The sauce and the cooked down veggies were fantastic. Grilled veggies are always good. You can’t really mess that up.
