super friendly staff and very easy to make appointments. I have had many services here and they are top notch. I have had the most attention here which is SO appreciated and SO lacking when you visit other doctor’s offices. When I am here I feel at home and I feel like they are *listening* which is so rare in today’s day and age. I have had labs, b12 shots and IV therapy and have been very happy. i recommend for any medical needs you have!

I’ve been coming to East West for quite sometime as part of a medically supervised weight loss program. I started by taking the B12 shots but to be really effective I would suggest the fully supervised program that includes regular visits and prescription strength appetite control. I’ve lost over 30 lbs in about 5 months and it’s truly the most effective program I’ve ever used. Yes, you will have to exercise, and yes you will have to make some effort to control your diet, but the program they offer here will make it much easier to lose weight. The staff here are excellent, from the doctors to the nurses to the office staff, I always find them to be pleasant and courteous. Although everyone’s body is a little different, I think that if you really want to drop those pounds and you are serious about making a commitment, the doctors and staff here at East West are your best bet to make it a reality.

I had a micro needling + plasma rich platelet treatment for my acne scarring here. Honestly everybody was very nice and informative, especially Samaris. Though the treatment was very painful since I guess my skin didn’t absorb the anesthetics too well, but the results were definitely noticeable so I wouldn’t mind going through it again. The price is definitely a lot more affordable as well, as other places charge $ 500+ for the same procedure, while I believe this place charges $ 250.

I really liked my experience with Dr. Emily Rowe here, but she no longer works there. The facility is clean and pleasant. Great massage chairs and water beds. However, I did not like how I was treated by the owners, specifically the chiropractor who is married to one of the acupuncturists. He was unbelievably and unnecessarily rude about scheduling an appointment. I didn’t even know he was the owner at the time and asked to speak with a manager. He referred me to the receptionist instead and it was a very immature move. It was then very uncomfortable returning to finish out my pre-​paid sessions.
