To LoisLane: (Summer 2012) I fell for his scam demo. I paid a deposit. He ‘supposedly’ completed the work and the floor looked exactly like it did before he started! When I complained that it did not look the way the demo spot did and the way he promised it would, he replied that I should be happy with my floor looking that way! Instead of fixing the problem, he demanded more money! I hired another company who had to do everything that Frank was supposed to have done. Frank goes after placing contractor liens on your property. I have learned of 3 other people who had the exact same experience with him as I did within a short time frame. He is being sued by various parties for this behavior! AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I am relatively new to this remodeling thing, but so far give owner Frank 4 stars (maybe more after the job is done!) for his professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness. He did a demo at my home and thoroughly explained every aspect of a terrazzo restoration. We had had one small room done by a competitor (years ago). They charged more and did not do as professional a job as I expect from this company. Looking forward to gorgeous, glossy results!
