Excellent timeshare experience. Clean, spacious rooms, a bit dated but the helpful and friendly staff, incredible location and cleanliness of the resort totally make up for an 80’s feel room! They have every beach toy… boogie boards, surf boards, lounge chairs, sand toys, etc available free of charge. A 5 minute beach walk to the pier! We booked through RCI on Friday for Saturday check in so we did not get an oceanfront room. Would definitely recommend.

Found this place in a panic at the last minute and what a gem! It is right on the beach and the condos are lovely. We got a 2 BR oceanfront and could watch the gorgeous sunrise from bed. The condos are very spacious and very clean. The staff are terrific. This is a family oriented compex and it’s a timeshare. Not for partying 20-​somethings but if you want quiet, a great location and value, this is it.

I agree with Zanna. I have the best memories of this place growing up as a kid. This is one of the best condo’s on the beach. The rooms are clean and spacious and the kitchens stocked with what you need. The Pier is just a block or so down, so there is plenty to do.

Ok so this is where I am staying. This is a lovely condo-​style time-​share resort right on the beach. The rooms are spacious, the staff is very friendly, they hold events for adults & kids alike. But most importantly it is clean! The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the deck is clean, the elevator is clean, the pool & hot tub are clean. It is great. You definately get what you pay for with this one.
