GFB Plumbing

The water service line from the street into my house was leaking somewhere underneath my circular drive way. I knew the repair could be very expensive so I called four plumbing companies for estimates. Some wanted $ 68 to $ 250 just for an estimate. The owner of GFB came out the same day I called for no charge. He clearly new his stuff and gave me a firm price with no hemming or hawing. The next day he and his right hand guy came out and did the repair in one day including mixing up a small batch of concrete to repair the driveway. They ran into a small unforeseeable problem but fixed it and stood by their original price with no hassles. It’s been a month and the repair has held up beautifully. Good guys, doing good work, for a good price.

I’d rate them a zero if I could. This business has absolutely no idea what customer service means. They left me without water or toilets for over 18 hours before even attempting to fix the problem they had caused. Then their employee came out to try and fix the problem he created. That ended with him admitting he didn’t know how to fix the problem and leaving. I promptly cancel the check I had written and went with a different plumber. Use at your own risk!

These guys are on the ball! Answered my call, got to my house quickly and fixed my leaking sink fast. The repair man was very nice and cleaned up everything before he left. Highly recommend!
