Poor service. Have to ask for napkins and a straw in drive thru. Poor attitude from the manager on down. Never saw flies in December, but tons of them at this McDonald’s

Dirty and lots of flies flying around makes you wonder… employees are very disinterested in even trying to be the slightest bit friendly. I only go here in an absolute PINCH! mainly for the redbox. Not too much more than a coffee. Please try to keep the place cleaner.

Sometimes people will surprise you. I stopped by to get Dylan and Carley a ice cream and the man at the drive thr was especially nice and it was a great encouragement to see someone in a job that must be tough and be so positive and happy

Disappointing experience. The food is haphazardly slapped together and I almost never get anything that looks like the pictures. It looks like a hot mess in here. I’ve tried eating here many times and the food quality is inconsistent. the only thing consistent is the bad experiences. Go to Hunt Valley if you can.

I came in to eat and to complete some paperwork. However I chose not to eat because there is no hand soap in the men’s restroom. There are more than a few guys working behind the counter and I have assumed that those guys have not washed properly washed their hands.

Easily the worst McDonalds in the area. The only good thing about it is its location which makes it a convenient place to stop.
Burger quality leaves much to be desired, service quality is lacking, and there’s a reason its empty a majority of the time. If you come at odd hours, hoping to take advantage of McDonalds’ times, then also come expecting a long wait.
Try the one on York Road instead.

I have nothing good to say about this McDonalds. For years we have had a consistently bad experience every single time we pull into this place rather than driving to Timonium or Hunt Valley. You don’t need to take my word for it, but I hope you don’t waste your money trying to prove me wrong. I really do wish something would get the owners attention because it would be nice to have a great McDonalds so close to home.
