Tried to buy suits for my kids. Manager Rick Lease is an ass. Demeaning to my kids. Insulting to me. Confrontational with my ex when she tried to return to make a purchase. Owner called days later because he was feeling«uncomfortable» about the way we were treated. Offered merchandise, but I would not step into that establishment again, ANDNORSHOULDYOU. Customer service is absent and merchandise is overpriced!

Happy to say that my faith in humanity has been restored! Received a call today for Choens’ to offer a full exchange/replacement for the watch. Not sure if should thank Unilocal, social media, or just an act of God…

Pricey but worth every cent to not deal with the mall. Friendly, helpful old-fashioned type service. Cohen’s carries everything the Baltimore preppy person wants.

The store is run by very stuck up snobby old people. The merchandise is very well organized but grossly over priced. I have been in twice, the first time to buy pants for a concert for my son. The customer service was abysmal. A girl started to wait on us but apparently someone more important came along and we were left just standing at the register being ignored. My son was late to his concert. I returned to purchase my daughter a Vineyard Vines Baltimore t-shirt as they are the only retailer. Vineyard Vines told me the shirt should sell for $ 38 but Cohen’s is selling said shirt for $ 49.50. The sales clerk told me it was because of all the embroidery I told him that wasn’t embroidery it was silk screening and they were dishonest. I left and did not buy the shirt. I think more people should not purchase these shirts so the store will be forced to sell the shirt at the proper selling price.

Very clean store, well organized, exceptional customer service. I was shocked to find high end bargain clothing for my husband and son. The women’s section consists of only junior sized and teenager fashion items. They carry the top name brands at a bargain, such as Tommy Bahama. This is one of my husband’s favorite stores, since they carry designer comfort shoes in odd sizes and he loves Tommy Bahama. They carry a great selection of silk ties. This is where I purchase ties for my husband since Syms closed in Towson.
