Love these apartments! We are about to renew our lease for the 4th year. Maintenance is on top of things and responds very quickly. The grounds are maintained well and landscaping is always nice. They have FREE trash pick up right outside your apartment door so you don’t have to walk to dumpsters. Washer/​Dryer are in each apartment. When you renew your lease you can ask for things like carpet cleaning, walls painted, etc which is FREE. Apartments are completely soundproof and we never hear our neighbors. There is tons of parking. Leasing office staff are friendly and helpful. The apartments are huge and very reasonably priced. The complex does fun events and contests including outdoor movie nights that are FREE. You can pay your rent online which makes it really convenient. Would highly recommend this place!

I went to visit these apartments this past weekend and fell in love until they told me they didn’t have a dog park. That was quite disappointing being that they have a lot of land not being used on the property. The apartments are beautiful and were so close to my job, everything would of been perfect for me. I am saddened, but what can you do :(

For me, parking was a major issue coming out of my old apartment and here there is no issue at all. Units are super sized and clean. I am super picky about noise in apartments and the salesperson told me that the units are built some special way… I cant remember the lingo used… but they are basically soundproof and fireproof which was a pretty big deal. Being close to Towson Towncenter and the shuttle was a big deal. Walking to cranbrook row is huge too, Merritt, Mcdonalds and more. Thumbs up from me!
