Koala Tee Electric Service & More

I’m a real estate broker, and last year I had a listing that needed a bunch of different, relatively small (but the sort that add up) electrical issues resolved. I was referred to Koala-​Tee Electrical Service and Steve Fountain (the owner), by another broker who’d had good experiences with him.
Steve dealt with a whole bunch of relatively small electrical issues quite well, and was very helpful in explaining the options to my seller. His charges were very reasonable, matched his estimate, and he got the job done fast. In real estate transactions, I’ve found it difficult to find tradespeople who are willing to fix a bunch of little issues promptly. Naturally, companies have to prioritize big jobs — but he seemed to understand the time pressures we’re under in real estate, and he was willing to fit our job in and make it happen. I really liked that.
I’d definitely use his services again, and I’ve recommended him to other brokers.
