This place annihilated my dad’s cancer. My dad was declared cancer free about two weeks ago. Listen– he smoked through The Beatles, the mods, the mods that went rocker, Vietnam, Zeppelin, Bowie, Doors and doors of opportunity, electrical engineering, AC/​DC, marriage, Dire Straits, two kids, Moody Blues, Rush, working on cars and dirtbikes, ZZ Top, Pink Floyd, late Kinks, kinks in general, very early nineties AC/​DC, divorce, remarriage, and two grandkids to spring of 2015. I want people to know that he is an interesting guy and that this hospital has helped him. Plus, his heart has been affected by rheumatic fever he got at age eleven. Yup, they got him through, even with that.
The song, sorry, the stars remain the same. I will add another star for kicking cancer’s ass when I can get over a prior medical misjudgement. We are humans that screw up sometimes. No hard feelings.

The practitioners and medical staff at this facility offer excellent care and services to patients. If it were not for the billing department the rating would be a four star.
After requiring no hospitalization for 10 years, I have recently required three separate procedures within a month (one emergency) utilizing the radiology, outpatient surgery and physical therapy departments. The facilities are nice and comfortable and the medical staff and practitioners were experienced in their fields and offered a high level of care. The on-​site registration staff were courteous and helpful.
The problem I have with this facility is the patient billing. Insurance claims were misfiled and it seems impossible to contact the billing department to have it corrected or to obtain the information that I need to file my own claims on my own behalf. I have tried calling only to be on hold for so long that their system sends me to voice mail. Voice mails have NEVER been returned. Multiple emails have also been sent to resolve the issue and again — no response. I have spent hours trying to contact to resolve with no success. However there does does not seem to be a problem with sending me the bills.
