Every time I shop here I say never again. They are more like Walmart. Takes longer to check out than to walk to the far back of store to get my item. Waited 15 minutes to buy one item. Ugh…

Best customer service I have had in a long time at a home improvement store. Eric over in lumber not only took the time to help me find all the wood I needed he also helped me cut it to size. Thank you for your wonderful customer service. You were a time saver!

Beware! Purchased John Deere lawn mower at this store. Took in for repair and waited a month and three days for it to return. It sat in store for a couple of weeks before the store realized it had not been shipped for repairs. Highly unorganized! Poor staffing. Had to get manager to find out where lawn mower was located. And then it was«oh well» it was never sent in for repairs. Chain is too big for the little customers. You get passed over. Good luck if you walk in their doors!

I usually love shopping at Lowes and selected them when I needed a new refrigerator. I actually love the new refrigerator too, but the delivery service 3PD that Lowes uses for appliances should be fired for their incompetence and negative attitude toward Lowes and its customers. 3PD scheduled appointments for delivery without consulting me and when I called to reschedule, the new appointment was confirmed by robo call but the technician did not show up. They had 2 erroneous delivery dates/times and no-showed when they were supposed to arrive. They had a good technician who installed the refrigerator but he was the only positive element in the entire delivery process. When I received another robo call to confirm another erroneous delivery time AFTER the refrigerator had been delivered, I tried to alert them to the problem. First, I was on hold for more than 5 minutes before my call was disconnected. Then, when I called back, the surly dispatcher blamed all the errors on Lowes instead of taking responsibility. To cap it off, I received a robo survey that tried to distort my feedback by not asking about the problem areas. If Lowes continues to outsource deliveries to 3PD, I guess I will need to switch my appliance purchases to Home Depot.
