Brazosport Center Stages offers a variety of excellent plays and musicals throughout the year. Most are what we would call «suitable for families» although BCS is committed to drama as more than entertainment. The teaching and artistic functions are at the heart of the mission of BCS. Some productions may not be suitable for children. These exceptions will be noted in the publicity and promotions.
I have attended the current offering, «The Diary of Anne Frank» and cannot say enough about the quality of acting, the set, and costumes. This is a very professional company operated entirely by volunteers. You will not go wrong with an evening at Brazosport Center Stages.
