After a bad cut from supercuts a few years ago, i found top cuts. All the gals have years of experience and are super friendly. They always know what I want done with little explanation. I was there yesterday for a trim. My A-line cut needed to be blended better and everything trimmed. I got exactly what i wanted and walked away super happy with my cut. I recommend them to my friends who need a good but inexpensive cut. I’m definitely a loyal customer.

I’ve been going here for about four years now, taking all three of my kids. Haven’t has a bad experience yet. 90% of the girls can really cut hair, as a man and my son who most frequent. Compared to my girls, so haircuts are pretty simple. But I’ve had terrible ones before else where.

Top Cut is the best hair cut in the Central Valley. Cheri has cut my hair for over ten years and I couldn’t be happier with her work. As a professional, I have to look well groomed. Cheri is a perfectionist! She cuts my hair and then goes over it twice to make sure she missed nothing. IFCHERIISNOTTHERE… I DON’T LETANYONEELSECUTMYHAIR

If there were negative stars that is what this location would get. When I entered this«salon» I was not greeted by the four girls sitting in the back talking. They then chose who would get to cut my hair, as if they were doing paper, rock, scissors. The girl who cut my hair wasn’t friendly, she asked me what I wanted and finished her mediocre haircut in 5 minutes. In those five minutes I got to listen to inappropriate conversations about penis’s and what nots. They carried on with their conversations as if those topics were appropriate, not worried if I would be offended. They were so unprofessional. I stopped at this location because it was close and convenient. I will never go to this establishment, it sucked!!!

I have been to this place several times throughout the years having grown up in Clovis, though I have never been a regular customer as I reside in the Bay Area. The old adage applies here: You get what you pay for. I am used to forking over a minimum of $ 65 for a haircut. However, those haircuts usually last 45 minutes to an hour. Today I figured, how bad could it be? I just need to have it shaped a little… Well, I got home and I feel like they should have paid me to sit in their booth! I don’t even know the name of the hairstylist I saw, because she didn’t offer to introduce herself after butchering my name! It’s Melissa! I didn’t know it was that hard… I saw a short dark haired woman with longer hair and covered in tattoos… which might have made interesting chit chat if she didn’t have the personality of sandpaper. I think the sandpaper would have at least had better scissoring skills. Next time I’d rather have a piece of 110 grit paper style my hair. In general, I suggest buying a pair of scissors from the Target dollar bin and doing it yourself, you’ll do a better job no matter what you’re going for! The one star is for the older long-haired light brown/gray haired woman. She offers plenty of good small talk and can actually cut hair. Plus she spends more than 10 minutes on your hair.
