My phone screen was getting stuck today so I went in to store. Josh L. Took off the protective cover and the top right corner was separated. Josh L. Said that’s the problem. I said I had insurance. He said insurance won’t cover this, this was caused by you. He said there would be a $ 150.00 deductible. I was upset and left store. My husband looked at my phone, snapped that part into place in few seconds and my phone working perfectly! So Josh L. Was going to have me pay a unnecessary big expense! Josh L. didn’t even try to snap it into place. My husband couldn’t believe it. My husband said are they trying to take advantage of a woman? Thinking I would just pay fee?! Also when we bought insurance the guy had said this way if you drop it or anything it will be covered. But then go into store and Josh L. implying I broke phone, I need pay?! Once our contracts over we’re done with T mobile and want to warn everyone.

So disappointed with the customer service! I don’t want to walk in and wait because the employees are watching each other play games on their cell phones… I wanted to pay a bill and get my phone updated because my computer would not recognize it but that was too much to ask. Very disappointed!
