Starbucks

This is the slowest drive thru location I have ever been to. It could take you 15 – 20 in the drive thru. They need to hire more baristas or be faster with their service. The baristas are always nice and friendly. I would recommend going to another location of you are in a real hurry.

Nice staff, but often a long wait for in-​store service. This is a VERY busy store in the morning, and all too often there is only one person manning the register. This morning was classic. When the barista asked the customer in front of me if she wanted anything else, the customer told her she had to make a phone call. Well, that was A-​OK with barrista! The customer then had a leisurely conversation on the phone, only to determine that no, she didn’t need anything else. The barista seemed to find the whole thing cute. The rest of us waiting in line were not amused. Maybe the line would move faster if baristas were better trained on how to deal with rude, time-​wasting customers.

It was super packed, like this location always is because they’re at a busy intersection. With that said, every single employee maintained composure and executed orders out immediately and effectively. Plus, the staff is very friendly and upbeat. I’m always drawn to the amazing wall filled with things to purchase and was glad that their shipment of ornaments was in. The tiny Starbucks Coffee cups? Always wanted to get one. So I asked when they got their shipment in so I’m ahead of the rush. This location always runs out quick! I think she thought I meant when do they come in, and referred to a tiny box of ornaments sitting on the side counter. She kindly told me to come back tomorrow to find out when they’ll be coming? I was confused by her answer but didn’t want to question her further because she was swapped. My order did come, a Peppermint Mocha, but all I tasted was sugar, sugar, and more SUGAR! Maybe I’m just not used to the taste because I haven’t had their coffee in a while. But I would’ve loved to start my morning on the Pepperminty side instead of a sugar high. Still coming back for my ornament!

Service is friendly, but the drive thru is so slow. It’s faster just going in, which isn’t always the easiest with a car load of children.

This is my local Starbucks but I have to say that this place is slower than most. Most mornings, saying at like 630−7am I can wait anywhere from 10 – 15 minutes for an iced tea, which is kinda ridiculous when they’re not busy inside. However the staff are always super friendly, which makes a difference!

Crappy service. I ordered an ice tea and it was watered down so much I might as well paid for water. When I told the girl at the counter she argued with me. The color consistency didn’t match that of ice tea either. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last week I ordered a Carmel macchiato and they gave me black coffee. Wasn’t until I was almost to work that I took my first sip n realized. I’d rather go 10 mins out of my way to get coffee than go back there.

Be coming to this starbucks many time. They uses to be so fast but lately it takes them 10 to 15 mintues to make only one drink.

In the all the times I’ve come here they have only got my drink right once! Since it’s the closest to my house I go here. But it’s ridiculous to get a simple drink wrong every single time! And I’m the type of person that doesn’t get it remade I just let them add to my drink, because it’s just a waste. And they don’t even offer something or even apologize! The WORST Starbucks I’ve been to.

They are slow all day! Seriously the slowest store ever! Took 25 minutes in the drive thru.

Coffee is good but way too busy in the morning. Don’t come if your in a hurry!!! It took over 20 min to get a coffee. I got my breakfast sandwich in 2 min after ordering though. I won’t be coming back in the mornings.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks during the mornings. I’ve come twice hoping to grab a cup of coffee on my way to work. Both times waited in drive thru for 20 mins and am greeted by a luke warm drink! Be warned: come an hour before you have to be somewhere or you will more than likely be late smh

Great location and an awesome staff! The service is always good and the fact that it has drive-​thru that is quick is great too.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks. I really go in hopeful everytime that they will get it right. Two days this last week they were out of Lemonade mix. Really? One of this months previous visits it took 20 minutes to get a drink after ordering, yes 20 mins at a Starbucks. Inside! They made the wrong drink, then made the right one so-​so. I wasn’t the only one waiting either. Then they made no real apology, no offer for a free drink, or even taking care of this one. It wasn’t about the «free» part, I had two free drinks on my Gold Card at the time. It was that the extended delay wasn’t even really acknowledged. They just looked like «don’t make eye contact and maybe they will go away» They have done well in the past, but not lately. I’d rate the friendliness of the staff a 4 Star. But you have to deliver the goods too. I’ll still go there and I’ll still be hopeful.

I like this Starbucks due to it’s a couple blocks from my parents house. Honestly, I can walk here. The customer service here is also pretty good. Even through the Drive-​thru, sometimes they’re soOo excited to serve that it puts a smile on my face. I need that since I’m so not a morning person. I honestly have no complaints here. They’re fast, friendly, and my drinks are always made right.
