I love eating Robertitos. My main Robertitos is on Cedar/Dakota. I was hungry and figured that all Robertitos were the same. Boy was I wrong. First off, their soda machine was broken, so we were forced to buy a bottle water. Secondly, the power burrito from the Ashlan/Fowler location did not have sour cream in it. It sucked. My wife ordered Tacos and they were cold and bland. Tacos Tijuana had better tacos for $ 1.50 each. Third, they did not even give us lemons for our tacos. Fourth, they did not have any napkins on any table. It was a horrible experience. I will def not come back here.

Been here plenty of times after they always get my order wrong, have no other close Mexican restaurants to go to so I would give them a chance over and over. This last time I went I ordered tacos with just the meat. I get home and of course that wasn’t done. I figured they would have got it right after being only costumer there at the time and waiting 15mins. I go back just to be told sorry by the girl who took the order and said it was her fault and then her boss who only spoke Spanish comes out to yell at me as if it was my fault. I look at her to translate and she says oh I’m sorry it’s my fault again but doesn’t say that to her boss. Never again will I support this awful place.

Zero stars for this place if I could… I got stuck in the drive thru for 30min!!! 2 cars in front and one car behind… gave my order and repeated it 3xs when I finally got to the window she first tried to give me the wrong order so I reminded her for the 4th time my exact order and she agreed(and spoke clear English). Almost $ 12 later I was given the exact order I told them NOT to give me!!! This is the 3rd time something like this has happened to me here… I am sticking with Arsenio’s across the street!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place and their dry food!!!

This used to be my favorite place for burritos but their quality has gone downhill. Additionally, their prices have drastically increased too. $ 9 a burrito is ridiculous.

I got the power burrito and I’d have to say it was pretty good. Good hole in the wall place and very authentic. Churros were good as well. Clean and good service

Unprofessional and my order is usually wrong. Not worth the money. I would go to the one on Clovis avenue instead. They are more friendly and the orders are correct.

For cleanliness I give it 5 stars, I had to take 1 away due to the unfriendly staff. They seem to be almost anoyed to serve you. I think it’s a lack of personality but hey if you can serve up a yummy authentic plate that’s good enough for me. Please invest in a tv for your customers and not blast music that your customers don’t want to listen to.

Went late to get a burrito and was served a raw tortilla and complained to a manager. They attempted to reheat the burrito instead remaking a new burrito. I demanded my money back and asked for the store manager to call me back and still have not heard from him. His name is Miguel. I have been waiting for Miguel to call back since November 2015. The quality of food at this location is very poor. I love Robertito’s but this location needs extra training. If you want quality food, Arsenio’s is across the street

Slow, disinterested service. Overpriced for what you get. There are about 100 better Mexican food places in Fresno and Clovis. No excuse.

Worse customer service ever! My boyfriend and I have stopped by earlier today because my boyfriend was hungry. So we decided to go through the Drive Through and we waited for 10minutes in total just to order so we had to go up to the window and waited AGAIN and on top of that they messed up on our order and NEVER apologized and laughed and walked off. Never coming back again.

This location is not as busy as others in Fresno, so you’ll be very lucky if you do drive thru or dine in. They are very fast with their orders and generous with their sauce. The portion of the burritos is fair. It’s not too big to the point you can’t finish it. It looks small but is fulfilling. The quesadilla are very oily, which is a big no-no if you want to get them for your kiddos. Otherwise, kiddos will get asada fries.(Of course, not all by themselves lol). The drive thru goes pretty quick. We never had a problem here. The power and Cali burritos are what we usually come for. Give it a try if you haven’t already.

My first time at this location. Carne Asada nachos. Layered to allow a taste of everything in every bite. Not a glob of this here and a lump of that there. Topped with a deliberate lattice of sour cream. I couldn’t post a before pic cuz well, ‘Tito’s… A friendly lady at the counter, also working the drive through, efficiently. Go there.

Food was good, lacked some seasoning for the carne Asada, but good quality meat, tender and tasted good. Went through the drive thru, the lady who took the order was nice and friendly, I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I have been here twice and had great service both times. Drive thru is extremely convenient, especially with young kids, you can get good quality food fast.

Worst Robertitos ever!!! Ordered Carne Asada Burrito(they forgot to put it in the bag, had to come back for it), also ordered Carne Asada Plate with no beans(they put beans because they said they have no rice, didn’t even let me know that, I ordered no beans for a reason), and I got home and started eating my food which the carne Asada plate it was so bland, no taste and there were no lemon included. This twice they did this, will never get food there again.

I tend to stick to a few items. My favorite by far is the carnitas torta. It’s always nice and toasty, warm, and yummy. The machaca torta is my 2nd favorite. I’m surprised to read comments about poor service. Every time I’ve been there, using the drive-thru or walking in, I’ve been greeted promptly, and they’ve never screwed up my orders.

Just left with 2 enchiladas — food I’ve never had. The guy didn’t quite understand me, but managed to get the order right. Food was actually 3 out of 5… No beans!

Staff not friendly. Meal was a little bland. I have never had this problem at the other franchise restaurants. Asked for a refill for my drink with more ice. I seemed to have been ignored and only got a refill no ice. Ugg. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Won’t be returning to this location, I ask for extras like guac and sour cream, they charge me for them, but twice now they have left it out of my order. So I call them and they want me to drive back for a «side» that is a teaspoon worth of avo, when I payed for avo to be on several items that I purchased. Check your bag to make sure you got everything before you leave, and still, don’t expect your order to be correct.

Decent food. Slow service. I ordered two things off the menu, and it took 15 minutes to receive my food, in the drive thru. Recently tried the carne asana burrito, and it was good. Also had the Assad fries which would be real good if they made their fries more crunchy. They were way too soggy.

This place has some pretty damn amazing carne asada burritos and California burritos. Served nice and hot, and I liked the way that both the fries and the tortilla were crispy. They also didn’t mind me singing the whole time I was there. This hit the spot after a night out, and the food was served FAST. It was our first night out in Clovis, and two different groups of people asked us «Do you want to fight?» One from the drive-through lane and one outside the restaurant. Then as we were getting into a cab, we saw another fight breaking out. Apparently, this is the place to be. Crazy Clovis nights!
