Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut pizza is, in a word, regrettable. I ordered online and the process was easy. The location called to confirm my order, which I thought was good. Delivery was quick and polite. That is why they got 2 stars. Once the product arrived and we dug into the pizza, breadsticks, and pasta; that is where they lost stars. Now I know the pizza is the same from all locations and I am beating up on this one because it was the one I ordered from. The crust is some weird version of sponge cake. The sauce is some version of garlicky vomit. The cheese changes too quickly to a solid as the pizza cools. It’s almost as if Pizza Hut hates pizza. Maybe they are health nuts, trying to change the way people eat by producing horrible food that is also bad for you.

Ordered thin & crispy, showed up an hour later with the texture of a wet sock… the taste was good and delivery guy was cool, but my son and i were craving thin & crispy and it was more thin and soggy… now we know

I love this Pizza Hut. Even if the pizza tasted like used toilet paper, I would still go (pizza here is always great). The staff is why I love it, they are so easy to talk to and helpful. Keep up the great work peoples!

Good place very friendly people who work there they are quite young but it’s okay. The pizzas are very good I’ve been to many pizza places none can beat pizza huts pan pizza crust.

Delivery was fast and pick-​up orders have been pleasant throughout the year. I was a bit nervous about ordering at this location because I saw a tip which says the service is bad, but it wasn’t for me. All the staffs were friendly and they had me on system so I could order easily!
I order stuff crust supreme pizza large size every time. Their stuff crust is THE BEST, however toppings are quite dry. Their breaded wings are not that great but with Wednesday 60 cents deal, it is not waste of money.

This location has the worst customer service of any Pizza Hut I have ordered from. The employees have little to no respect for their customers. I have had multiple bad experiences with this location, yet due to geographical convenience, kept ordering from them, in hopes of a redeeming experience. The delivery took over an hour and a half each time I ordered (and the location I was having the pizza delivered was across the street from the Pizza Hut at my place of employment.) The most recent experience I had with this Pizza Hut was so bad that I refuse to try this location ever again. The employee on the phone cancelled my order without letting me know. When I called asking where my pizza was, the employee cut me off, rudely explained it was cancelled because they didn’t receive a confirmation call from me after I had ordered it online. Her attitude was uncalled for and made me feel stupid. I would suggest any other pizza place over this one. I hope their management makes some changes and lets go of the employees who are making this location so disappointing.

So tired of ordering from here. My roommates and bf like the pizza however for some reason when we order wings the order never comes out right. I can’t eat pizza so I order the wings naked since i cant have the sauce and EVERY TIME they end up coming with sauce. So I don’t get to eat anything. Tired of wasting my money. We even double check our order is right and again tonight 16 wings all with sauce. Once is forgivable but everytime is ridiculous. Maybe the drivers should check the boxes before leaving to make sure the employees in store have it right.

I can’t believe I just payed 22.71 for a large pepperoni pizza and wings. yukkk!!! This pizza looked like a medium size not large and it was missing pepperoni and cheese in random spots. They would only give me a store credit not full refund and I did not take it because I will NEVER eat pizza hut again. I have never had a tasty pizza from here and looks like I will continue to buy from little Cesar’s

I was craving for pizza hut because it’s a very famous chain in my country. So finally after a search on google I found it, and it was in a area where I usually go. The location is very hidden and the restaurant is very empty, quite surprising.
I ordered the chicken supreme with stuffed crust at $ 17 with tax. The pizza was ready in 15 minutes. It was a very good pizza to be honest, the dough was very soft and the toppings were generous. I enjoyed the stuffed crust, its honestly a treat on a pizza crust. I would definitely come back.

I just picked up the b-​b-​q hawaiian pizza from Pizza Hut at this location and took it home to try it. It taste disgusting!!! I did not like it at all, matter of fact it was honestly the worst tasting pizza I ever had… And I love Pizza Hut! However, when I called Pizza Hut to tell them that their pizza does not taste good and would like to pick up a replacement pizza. I spoke to the manager and he told me that he couldn’t give me another pizza because «it didn’t hit my taste buds» and that he could only give me another pizza if there was something wrong with the pizza. I told him that this pizza is disgusting and I tried it because it’s being promoted by Pizza Hut and I love b-​b-​q pizza but this pizza taste awful. He then stated that he could give me another pizza but by this time I was so upset regarding this statement about my taste buds that I told him that I will eat the $ 12.99 cost of the pizza and through it in the trash and had he given me the customer service that I deserve I would have love to come pick up another pizza. But now I won’t ever go back to Pizza Hut! I was so angry that I hung up on him. DONT ORDER PIZZA AT THIS PIZZA HUT LOCATION DUE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The delivered to me past their closing time. Good service but pizza kind of sucked. Satisfied my hunger.

It was getting late and we all couldn’t decide what to eat. Mom made an executive decision to call for pizza because it was too late to cook.
I looked up the nearest Pizza Hut on Unilocal and called for pick up. Two rings later, an operator picks up, asks for the number to our house, and tells this is our nearest store. Uh, didn’t we call the store directly? Apparently all the phone numbers for Pizza Hut call a central line where an operator takes your order, feeds it into a computer, and it prints out at your local store. It’s similar to online ordering but on the phone. I thought that was interesting.
This store was running a $ 10 off promo so we got two large pan crust veggie lovers pizzas for $ 28 I’ve never been a big fan of Pizza Hut because all OC locations just suck but somehow it’s different up here. The pizza tastes so fresh and wonderfully delicious. I can’t help but like it. We finished every last piece and I didn’t even miss the ranch dipping sauce I normally use to go along with it.
