Hands Down, this guy does a great job. When he first came out to the house he listened to what I had wanted and was willing to do everything we asked for. He is easy to work with and I would recommend him to ALL my friends.
He converted my front yard to a more drought resistant landscape. Removed the grass, added cement steps, boulders, cobble, crushed rock and landscape lights. He also converted my irrigation system over to a soaker system and we are using less water.
My yard looks great! Thanks Joe!

I wish I had photos of work Mr. Parker did of our backyard landscape, but I don’t have any because Mr. Parker DENIED us a site visit and estimate right from the get go. We called him and he said he refuses to do business with us simply based on our cross streets! We are in southeast Fresno. There are many beautifully landscaped homes in our area. I don’t know Mr. Parker personally, but I hope he’s not the pretentious snoot that he made himself sound like. If you need a landscaping contractor in southeast Fresno (or anywhere south of Herndon Ave for that matter), save yourself a heartbreak — do not call this company.
