Kohl’s

I love this department store. Particularly for the fact that you can get quality clothing for decent prices. I mean, for example let’s take shopping at a really known brand verses shopping here. I decided to order two of the same looking outfits over the holidays. And after comparing the two (quality, make, style, etc.), the one I got from here was way better! I had purchased wool tops, the other was from Macy’s. I feel items are so overpriced these days, that people just look at the brand name verses the quality. Don’t go broke looking rich, when you can still look amazing, and for a good price! Not saying a girl shouldn’t splurge on herself, because we all do! But when this girl finds a good looking outfit for a bargain, then why not?! Plus, there are name brand outfits here as well. Shop smart, and look gorgeous!

It’s two Sunday’s before Christmas at three in the afternoon and this Kohls has exactly one cashier. Luckily I was fifth in line and it only took me a half hour to check out. Do not come here if you value your time

Great prices and deals. If you come at the right time you will get the short line, clean store, associate help, and the best deal. It’s a bit everywhere on the clearance, but what do expect when you want to pay close to nothing for something.

I hate this place. Slowest customer service ever! My husband and I waited 15min in line and when it was finally our turn to pay, the cashier lady decided to take on another task. This is why I don’t shop here and I will never come back. Ridiculous wait! Smh!

For my birthday I received several gift cards to Kohl’s and decided to cash them in today. I’m not a fan of Kohl’s, it’s too much «bait & switch» with their Kohl’s cash and reward program. Basically they want you continue coming in every 20 – 30 to purchase and redeem your «Kohl’s cash.» My mother in law is like a crack head with those vouchers.
Frankly I think it’ll be a lot easier to simply lower their prices and have better everyday values. Instead, upon checking out they let you know that you saved over $ 147 dollars, really??? It’s APT 9 and Marc Anthony, not the coolest clothing. I can get better looking clothes at TJ Maxx or Marshall’s for a fraction of the price.
Today I purchased 2 pair of shorts and 2 shirts (one shirt on clearance) total price -$ 109 dollars. Way over priced! I could have gotten 4 outfits at TJ Maxx. Anyhow cashier the cashier had no personality and didn’t know how to redeem the gift cards. He had to call a manager, when he could have just 10 keyed in the redemption code.
I do like how clean and organized the store is but as mentioned previously clothing way too pricey.

I love my Kohls card and all the promotions and discounts that come along with it. Not to mention the easy approval process and the one stop shop atmosphere, the staff at this location is very helpful! Good solid company.

I love clothes shopping at Kohl’s, particularly their clearance rack! But I am pretty unhappy at whoever is supposed to stock the pants in the men’s section. Hangers have the wrong size, shelves mislabeled and/​or pants put wherever there is room, rather than by any logical sequence. Help desk wasn’t all that helpful either.
