Haircuts Plus

This was my go to place for a while and I loved them. But one of the hairstylists decided to let her customer cut in line in front of me despite the fact that I was there early and waiting for them to open. When I told her I was there before the other person her response was «it’s the first one through the door» with an attitude despite the fact that she opened the door 5 minutes early when her customer knocked on the locked door.
She then lied to the owners saying that I used the N word to which I was later informed by my hairstylist they banned me from their store without reaching out to hear what had happened.
Other than the one same rude employee who continued to cut my sons sideburns despite theme asking her not to every time, it’s not a bad place.
Perhaps if the owner had made (or would make) an effort to at minimum hear my side of what happened, it would be a good place to go with my family to get all 5 of us as well as my nephews haircut.
But until that day sadly I have to take all of our haircuts elsewhere every other week. Luckily there is a decent haircut place down the street that charges a few dollars less.

When I finally had a chance to stop in, Pia took me right away, and made my time there enjoyable, and I was put at ease. All the ladies here seem to be genuinely caring of each person who enters. The atmosphere is open, spacious, clean, and inviting. Holly at the front is also a gem!
Thank you ladies for taking such great care in what you do! You are now my «go to» spot for all things hair:)
I have been recommending y’all to friends and acquaintances whenever I have a chance! In this culture of expensive hair services, you guys are so reasonable that I don’t need to wait for months to return!

Adria is my favorite stylist. She’s the only reason why I come back here every time. Knows my hair cut. Can jump in and do it and has a great conversation.

I’m very picky about who cuts my hair and I needed a last minute trim and decided to give this place a try. LoAn trimmed and hair and did an amazing job. Will be returning for sure.

Definitely a fan. It’s fun to come here with my son and both of us get a haircut together. Chill atmosphere, without the «sports» theme if you know what I mean… :D

Went back a few days ago to get my hair trimmed. I requested Shannon again and she did a great job! Couldn’t be more happy. My hair shows cuts VERY well and she did a great job making it look more natural and less like someone just cut a straight line through my layers. Did a great job on my bangs too! I will keep going back!

I go to Haircuts Plus because I really like the way Blair cuts my hair. My only complaint is that I never know when she is going to be there. I’m very impulsive with getting my haircut so it’s very frustrating if I go in or call and she’s not working that day, ugh! I really prefer a salon that’s Tues~Sat. and everyone is there.

Great place for any service needed!!! Every time I visit all the staff remembers me by name and acknowledges my needs! I always go to Courtney for haircuts and colors, I brought my fiancé there for a haircut and she did a wonderful job on his haircut. I would recommend this salon for anyone as well as children, really a great place to go if you want to look your best :)

I’ve been to this salon many times over the years. Mainly just to get a trim to very easy long straight hair. Usually they do a decent job considering it is only $ 15. for a haircut. I made a big mistake of asking for a «styled» cut last time I was in. I had been growing my hair out for two years… I have very thin hair and definitely needed a change. The first thing I asked the stylist was if they had experience cutting thin hair. She seemed annoyed that I even asked the question but hey… it was a valid question, right?. I should have bailed from the chair at that point, but nooooo… I stayed for the worst cut of my life. She actually thinned my hair out by texturizing it – horrible. I’m just sick about it but it’s my fault for not going to someone who was recommended. My hair is actually so bad that I am going to have to cut it very short now. So, bottom line – if you just need a run of the mill, easy trim, this place will do. But, if you are looking for a stylist who listens and pays attention to your hair type, run away from this place.
