I contacted 3 companies. Gary responded promptly to my email, which is already more than I can say about the others. Then he shows up right on time for his evaluation and quote. I’m a total novice when it comes to pools, but he made things so clear: what he and his people will do – and not do – for a given quote, and provided many options. And he sounded like he really knew what he was talking about, and more importantly, CARED about the quality of service and value he and his people provide to ME. Rates are what I expected, nothing too high. This guy deserves a big positive Unilocal for his professionalism. «Hats off to you, sir. You got my business!»
