Just ate here but do frequently, the food is good, my favorite is the clear soup. The resturant itself is pretty run down and in need of a thorough cleaning and new carpet. Especially new carpet. It’s not a 5 buffet at the Bellagio, but for Clovis, it’s not too bad.

coming from Los Angeles, I found this buffet is pretty ok, price for lunch around 7.70 $ tax included, hot food is good, soup is acceptable, fruit not too good, Mongolian BBQ is ok, worth the money

Fuzhou is a typical Chinese buffet. They had a decent selection but no where near overwhelming. I enjoyed all the food I had but I really hoped for some additional entrée style foods instead of the large amount of appetizer like foods. I didn’t have the Mongolian grill but it looked really tasty. I had tea with my dinner and it was nice and the décor was clean. Again, nothing fancy but it didn’t feel trashy or gross. Overall, I’ve been to buffets that were better and buffets that are worse. This was a very middle of the road experience.

Tried this because I was told by a local that is was inexpensive and ok food. The price was great, especially for a weekend day, under twenty for two including drinks. The food was limited, not a lot of variety and the desert bar was lacking anything that was tasty. The Mongolian grill was the best part, although the choice of ingredients was limited. Service was good and the restaurant and bathrooms were clean, if a bit worn. I will try somewhere else next time I am in town.
