This is a great shop. They have good products and the staff is very knowledgeable. Jimmy, the owner has been successfully body building for a very long time. With that comes fitness wisdom that is proven. For people who are overweight, I have seen with my own eyes the changes he has helped people make with diets and routine. They have been drastic to say the least. They also do body fat testing. And Jimmy is a veteran who served his country as well as his community.
