I initially was unhappy with the service, but their amazing customer service rep, Sarah, turned my rating into 4 stars. I ordered an arrangement for my dad’s birthday(I live out of town so I couldn’t be there in person) so I chose to have it delivered to his house. I knew there was a short pocket of time that he was not going to be home and I wanted to be sure that it wasn’t delivered during that time. When I placed the order I had no ability to request a time of day to have it delivered so I called the location to let them know that he wouldn’t be home from this time to that time. Nobody answered so I left a message in the morning asking them to return my call. Nobody returned my call. They delivered the arrangement in that pocket of time he was gone. They left a notice and he called, they told him they would deliver it tomorrow OR he could come pick it up. Now I know its never fruitful to have expectations, but it was early in the afternoon and they still had hours before they closed, there was a birthday balloon attached to the order(so they knew it was for a specific day), I paid to have it delivered on his birthday, so a WOWing customer experience would have been them saying«Sorry we missed you, we will have someone bring it back out today.» But instead my dad drove out to pick up his package. I called the store and spoke to Sarah, who was very nice, apologetic and professional. She returned the payment for the delivery. I later spoke to the manager, Rochelle, who informed me that any«Failed«delivery automatically is refunded. My dad was not told this over the phone, and the refund didn’t happen until I called, but never-the-less I am satisfied with the kindness and professionalism of Sarah and Rochelle. I understand that no business is perfect, even the top companies make mistakes. But what sets the successful businesses apart from the weak ones are the people who recognize their mistakes and fix them for the customer in the right mood and in the right way. I will be using this company again, and I have faith that it will be a «5 star» experience then. Epilogue: My parents enjoyed the treats. Thank you!

Awful awful awful! The reason these things cost so much is for presentation. Apparently they had a blind person making it. Very very unhappy and for a ridiculously high price! I will be calling customer service to complain!

Horribly disgusting service… How does anyone take 4 hours to arrange fruit from dye cutters. No credit, no sorry for the delay. She at first claimed to not even have my order. STAYAWAY… STAYFARAWAYFROMTHISPLACE. I wonder if it would have been delivered at all if i didn’t call them

Very poor experience. Ordered as a gift for my wife. Store didn’t deliver gift until I had to call and complain. Store owner didn’t care to make things right. Do not order from these guys. For the amount that they charge, it is not worth it. Go with flowers or someone who can and will accommodate your order and value customer service!

Bought $ 45 fruit basket … Strawberries, grapes, pineapple. Everything was so very sour not even my child would eat it. Called store they would not refund or make it right. Said I needed to call them«that day» it was delivered. Bullpoop don’t order from here not sure if other stores here in Fresno or Clovis are any better. Awful service and quality. Terrible waste of my money
