Davinci’s Pizza

New update… It’s been 7 months since my last bad experience here. I decided to try again stupidly because my daughter really wanted the pizza. Here I am sitting here 2 hours later waiting for my pizza. I can’t even express to you how pissed I am. These are the biggest bunch of morons that have ever ran a business. It is not rocket science to make a 20 minute pizza and drive 2 miles to deliver it. For it to take 2 hours and the pizza is stone cold is not how you run a business. I am not giving any more chances! Davincis does not exist for me! … *Original post* Yet again a bad experience. I thought it had been quite a few months so maybe they finally know how to make a pizza and deliver it! Boy was I wrong. Ordered from the peach store which I then found out later they passed my order on to the willow store. Which is exactly the store I didn’t want because they messed up so bad on my last order. Anyways, the peach store took 25 minutes to pass on my order and the willow store took an hour and 10 minutes to get me. Pizza was completely cold. This is the biggest bunch of morons in pizza history seriously!!!

I got pizza with breadsticks and marinara sauce. A few hours after eating it, the vomiting and liquid diarrhea started. It lasted all night and the next day (I had to call in sick to work). Stomach cramps, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, dehydration, all symptoms of food poisoning from tomato sauce. Whoever was working there on Thursday, May 12^th does not know how to properly store or handle tomato sauce, or they’re feeding people rotten sauce and I will never eat there again!!!

I just placed an order from this store online. After about 20 minutes past the delivery time (at this point it’s been an hour and a half or so since I ordered), I called the store to ask the status of my pizza. They said they sent the order to the store in first and nees and I should call them to ask. Ok that’s kinda weird but whatever. I called the first and nees store and the employee that helped me said that they never received an order from the willow store and even the employee said that was incredibly unprofessional from the people at Willow and alluvial and he was going to call them after he helped me. He was just as confused and frustrated as I was. I just wanted my damn pizza. So the first and nees store told me I wouldn’t have to pay for my pizza but it was kind of a big order so I insisted I pay. They only charged me half of what I was going to pay. So long story short, this store is terrible and I highly recommend the very helpful First and Nees store.

Over it… yes they’re cheap, and one of the few places to deliver in the area. However… I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery that showed up cold and 2 hours after I ordered. When I called to tell them that wasn’t acceptable I was offered a credit for 1 pizza on a future order. Since I’d just paid nearly $ 40 for 2 cold greasy pizzas that wasn’t acceptable. Delivery times are long, prices keep going up, and staff on the phones are young, inexperienced, and just rude most of the time. Tonight I called at 8:20 for delivery and was told they’re not accepting orders for delivery – they report that they close at 11pm. Thanks, but no thanks. Guess I’ll go back to the chains.

Pizza is good but the service is not. This is my second order with them. First one didn’t get delivered and I am positive I asked for that. Tonight, ordered online and accepted a 45 minute wait. Called over an hour later only to be told online times are wrong. It was going to be over an hour and a half. Pizza was ready and sitting there. My husband just went to get it and we are asking to have a contact at corporate. This was our last order just due to customer service issues. Too bad, I like the pizza.

Ordered pizza for the office, a family meal deal. Bargain and the pizza was good. I picked it up and got it back to the office, cheese is still gooey. Salad is really good, lots of bitter greens and onions, good Italian dressing. Over all positive experience.

Best pound for pound value in town! My large mushroom is outstanding every time! The location of the restaurant is super close to home and the young people staffing it are talented and energetic to say the least!

This place is off the charts! If this chart had a negative, I would give it a –10. I gave up on this place a couple of years ago. We ordered one of their «too cheap to be real» pizzas, for takeout. The hubby and I parked, right up to the window, a few minutes before our pizza was ready. What I observed: the cook was eating, while making pizza. Slopping and chewing, probably dropping saliva from his dirty mouth and hands. Then he drops a cooking utensil on the floor. No worries! That dumb arse picked it up and didn’t miss a beat. Back to prepping food without brushing his filthy mouth, washing his hands, or cleaning that utensil! What a dirty little cooker! What next? Scratch his arse and continue? I wouldn’t doubt it. Just when I tought it couldn’t get any worse; in walks the delivery driver. He opens the dirty germ infested door handle and steps up to the food line. Let’s toss dough with my disgusting hands that have been all over my car, handling cash, and probably picking my nose. Do you want pepperoni on your pizza? I couldn’t eat. Hubby didn’t care; then again he lives by the 10 second rule!

We were first time customers! Finally took a chance with new pizza joint and were so glad that we did. We were tired of other local big chain pizza place delivering us undercooked pizza and day old pizza dough. Worked 4 years in the pizza biz, and I know the difference between fresh and day old pizza dough. This pizza we got delivered within 30 mins was the best tasting and the freshest tasting pizza ever. So give your local Davinci’s a call for the best tasting 4^th of July pizza ever.

Ordered from this place for the first time tonight. They delivered the pizza so fast! Less than 30 mins and it was delicious! We got the Hawaiian and the cheesy bread. Highly recommended! Yum! It was also very reasonably priced! Under $ 20 for a large and bread sticks.
