Pharmacy claimed to have everything we need and it would be ready within the hour. We are now at 2 hours, nothing is ready, and it turns out they do not have a drug which was guaranteed. I’m still sitting here waiting. This is the norm for this location. They are slow and uniformed.

I used to love this store and would give it 5 stars but most of the pharmacy staff is new and somewhat rude. Youssi is still the Pharmacy Manager so that saves the store. There is one pharmacist (asian woman) and some Pharmacy technicians who are very rude and unprofessional. I really loathe having to deal with these staff members, but we have come here for years, even before they changed to CVS. The customer service has slipped a great deal, and I actually have taken some of our prescriptions down the street to Walgreens. I really hope this problem gets fixed.
