Country Side Apartments

I can’t believe I have to come back and write something so negitive so fast about this place. Here we go… donyea is still awesome and I do love living here but what’s wrong with the maintenance here? I had problems with my air conditioning and donyea made sure to act fast but I can’t say the same for Henry the AC tech. It took from June 2^nd to June 26^th to get fixed because Henry was too busy calling us crazy. He finally called someone else in to do the job for him and boy we were NOT crazy. We had many problems that were fixed and noticed right away by Mike and Luis. Henry argued with my husband about how there was nothing wrong with it and got really upset when my husband responded with okay then we will call and ac tech out and send the company the bill. For God sake if you looked into our air duct you could see day light. I guess it means nothing when it’s not him paying the pge bill. There was another issue with him where I passed by him asked him about changing the thermostat and he started talking to me in Spanish so I asked him why that was. He told me that he thought I was a wet back. What’s wrong with this guy? It was in fount of my 3 sisters all under the age of 10. This I feel is all a sick joke. Why is someone so unprofessional working with this company. No wonder I hear from other tenants that the managers never stay long. I wouldn’t want to work with that guy. I don’t ever want him anywhere close to me or anywhere near my apartment. Help clovis apartment group. 2 stars for donyea being so apologetic on your behalf. Thanks donyea!

Well I recently moved into this place recently. I was amazed with the lush landscape. Very beautiful place to come home too. Moving was extremely easy. The manager Donyea was very friendly, professional and a delight to work/​do business with. The pool is crystal clear. With community bbq (very nice ones that anyone can use at the pool). The community is very quite. I met some of my new neighbors and everyone so far seems like top quality. Thank you country side Apts and Donyea for the better quality of life you get with living here.
