I ordered a flower arrangement for my sisters birthday from Teleflora which is contracted out to this florist! I ordered the floral arrangement 12 days before her birthday so that everything was planned out and ready! I don’t get to see my sister and brother-​in-​law very much because they are stationed in New Mexico! I received a email the day of my sisters birthday around 3pm notifying me that my order couldn’t be delivered on the day I requested, I called the company and received the excuse that this shop was not open on this Wednesday and was not able to make the delivery. I was told that they would deliver it the next day (Thursday) with a note of apology for missing my sisters birthday, I had really planned on the flowers and didn’t want to replan a birthday gift so I said that would be fine! I called my sister today to ask if she got the flowers and she DIDN’T! So I cancelled my order and now I have to find a belated birthday gift for my sister.

I’ve just now tried them out… we’ll see how they do, and I’ll leave another review… told them I saw the bad reviews on Unilocal… the young woman helping me was very nice. This order is important to me… hope they do a very nice job!!!

I ordered an arrangement for my mom’s birthday. When I told the woman over the phone the name of the bouquet listed on their website, she knew exactly what I was talking about. She informed me that she didn’t have one of the exact flowers in the arrangement but would substitute it with something similar. I was fine with that.
My mom sent me a picture of the bouquet when it was delivered. It looked nothing like what I had ordered. They used fewer roses than were in the display photo and while the carnations in the bouquet were larger, they didn’t use half as many as were in the photo. The flowers that they didn’t have were filled in with grass, fern leaves, and some purple flowers so small that I would compare them to babies breath. Again, nothing similar to the scale or quality of the original arrangement.
When I called to express my disappointment in the quality of the arrangement, I was told that the pictures on the website are front facing and actual arrangements are done in 360° so they look «less full.» I explained that only using half the flowers as advertised also makes an arrangement look less full. Additionally, I explained that nothing on the website indicates that the arrangements do not look as advertised and that it was not unreasonable to think that actual arrangements would look as they were displayed. I was then told that «those aren’t our pictures, they’re FTD’s.» My reply was that if they are advertised on the website and the florist is an FTD florist, they are their pictures and that it was dishonest to advertise otherwise. I got the sense that this was a discussion they had had before.
Finally, I was asked what would make things right. I said that I wanted a bouquet it was on par with the arrangement I paid for. They agreed and stated it would be delivered that same day. While the second arrangement had more flowers, it again was nothing like the original order and looked thrown together.
The quality of service here was terrible and that it was defended when I questioned it is baffling to me. I can say without exaggeration that I’ve picked up better flowers at the grocery store and paid far less money for them.

I ordered the premium package for the «Lavish Love Bouquet» arrangement which was supposed to be bigger then the «as shown» or «deluxe» package. I was surprised when it came as it looked more like the «as shown» package, it was also missing one of the three types of flowers. When I called to inquire they said that the spray roses are hard to come by so they just left them out although they really filled out the arrangement, rather then call to tell me they didn’t have the flowers necessary for the arrangement they just left them out and didn’t substitute them for a similar flower. The bouquet itself looked really nice and the flowers were beautiful, but it just didn’t look like the picture on their website.
