Cute stuff here and there. employees do need to learn some etiquette and pay attention.2 counters had light on which indicates to me it’s open and available. one gal was not on that register she was busy trying to find her brain. roaming snooping around the counter with a dress that was for .(re-rack) 10 minutes she puts dress down behind her, came up to register she looked at her manager and said its time for her to clock out! Her shift was over i see that there is a desperation for employees wanting to get hell out there. but it’s not classy to say it in front customers. i find it annoyingly rude. shouldn’t every customer be valued there time? when there checking out? i think so.

Ross is right next door. Why do they have this store here? Nothing but a glorified Ross. I agree with previous post about the staff. The cashier looked pissed that I had her ring out stuff up.

I was so glad when they decided to open a location in this area. The store is beautiful and the deals are amazing. The worst part about shopping here is the lackluster staff. I’ve been here over five times with the same result. The cashiers are not very polite or positive, i’m not sure if this is a matter of their training or if this is just how these people are but it seems like the last thing they ever want to do is ring out your purchase. I will continue to shop there because the bargains are fantastic however I can only hope a manager reads this and trains the staff to be a little bit more polite and friendly there is one employee in particular upfront that is helped me multiple times and has never cracked a smile someone should talk to Tiffany and see what they can do to cheer up her life.
