Horrible horrible wait time, Front staff all have no clue what their doing, trying to get a referral is a real nightmare, Drs in big hurry, as their way behind, so you don’t get the care you should, office looks old and dirty, better to go to a urgent care,

I give this rating 2 stars becuase I think the doctors do a great job at Dry Creek and Weight away and have always been completely happy with the medical staff and the outcome of my treatments. However, I give the billing department BIGNEGATIVE ratings. I’ve been back and forth with the billing department since October of 2012 while they hassle me over money that I «owe». Since October I’ve dealt with over 4 different girls in the billing department and finally 2 days ago received a bill with a summary of charges! Now… why should getting a summarized bill taken 10 months to be sent to me? I think the reason is because there are a bunch of untrained, uneducation, non chalante people running the billing department. Upon receiving my bill I am told that I owe $ 260. When I call and ask why, I am informed that I have overdue copayments since 2011 and that it was my fault for not asking to pay a copayment at the time of my visits? Why the hell would I ask to pay a copayment? And how come when I checked in for my appointments the front desk person NEVER told me I owed a copayment even after presenting them with my insurance cards?! And why did it take them almost 2 years to bill me?! I am completely unhappy about this and am pissed that I am having to «pay» for their mistakes. I am currently working with my insurane to resolved this issue. My insurance informed me that I may have to pay and that what the doctors office did by not telling me about my copayment and failing to bill for 2 years was not illegal, but that it sure is unethical!!! Will not be returning to this office.

They’ve recently moved to Herndon and Armstrong. Their office has gone from bad to terrible. They have a bigger office now. The wait time is worst(2 hours compared to 1 hr 30 minutes) to see the doctor only. They lose your paperwork, don’t call back, overbooked, and lose your prescription. Do not go there. The last few office experiences were horrendous and I’m never going back. They need new staff and better management of their office. Horrible. The last time I was there, I needed medical leave paperwork that needed to be completed. The doctor signed it and let her medical assistance filled out the rest. Needless to say, she filled it wrong. I was going to lose my job because of all the absences that THEY requested i take. This is simple paperwork that the MA must not understood because she filled it wrong. They ask that I pay 30 dollars. When I went back, they took their sweet time filling it. I took me calling their office 5 – 6 times to get that paperwork filled out correctly. Every time I called, I would have to speak to 2 – 3 different people. When I went in to finally pick up my paperwork, the front desk lady didn’t know where it was. I was about to have a break down and scream! Needless to say, I’m never going back!!!

Wait time is always terrible! I don’t understand why you should have to wait nearly 2 hours even after making an appointment. Front office staff seems to be inexperienced and often times belligerent with patients.
