I eat out almost everyday in Clovis and this place is among my favorites. Their take on burgers is incredible. (Try the Chile Re-​llano Burger). Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Food prep area that is visible had me worried about my food. Employee making balls of hamburger stacked them in a container just sitting on the make table. No refrigeration or cover. It was like that the whole time I was there (about a hour). I can hear kids squealing in the back of the store and saw one sat out into the kitchen before shooed away. Raw meat and fresh veggies on the same surface is a huge no-​no. Add kids into the mix (who touch everything and rarely wash their hands) and its food poisoning waiting to happen.
I ate my sandwich, but worried the whole time wondering if my bacon had been left out as well. I didn’t get sick, but I won’t chance it again.

I’ve gone all over town in search of the perfect breakfast burrito. Here it is! «The Green Monster». It embarrasses any other breakfast burrito in town that one might call competition.
The mild mixture of green chili’s, potatoes, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, onions and cheese is like heaven inside a tortilla. With the side of home made spicy salsa, takes the burrito to the next level.
In regards to the service speed… I’ve been going back for the last year and in the past few months, have been served my order in less than 10min. Their food is made to order and fresh so I don’t mind waiting. Even the staff takes the time to remember who I am and my order. I love Baby J’s!

I have ever only ordered the breakfast burritos here. So please keep that in mind reading this review. Although since the burritos are pretty awesome it has turned in to a every Saturday type of thing.
They are all pretty flavorful, especially the ones with green chili. Baby J’s also give you salsa to go along with the burritos. For the price and tastyness the burritos are a great deal.
My only complaint about this place is that it takes forever to get 2 burritos. I know this isn’t a fast food place but I can’t figure out what takes soo long every single time. Luckily the have take out so you can just call your order in to avoid all the waiting.

I’ve only had the breakfast burritos here, so this review pertains strictly to that… and the service. First, the food is really filling and pretty tasty. A great value for the relatively low price, making for a great stop on my up to Albuquerque or Santa Fe on a Saturday morning. Second, and unfortunately, the service is slow. Of the five times I’ve been here, my to-​go order takes 15 – 20 mins, regardless of how busy the joint is. But that aside, the place is still one of the best Clovis has to offer.

I have been told by no less than five people in the last few days to try Baby J’s. This place is solid. We had lunch there and tried their green chili burger (how could you not?), cheese burger, onion rings and homemade fries. The burgers were really good. They aren’t the cook to order kind of burger, they are griddle burgers that you might find at a greasy spoon. So sinful, but so good. The homemade fries were awesome! They were made from fresh cut potatoes and fried perfectly. YUM! The pièce de résistance? THE ONION RINGS!!! Amazing!!!
Other than the food the staff was very nice, and we loved the décor as it is all RED SOX gear. Go SOX!

We decided to stop in based on a suggestion. Ordered some breakfast burritos. Green chili was mild and red sauce had a little kick but not too much. Had the #7 and it was just ok… Tortilla a little dry beans dry also. Son tried the green monster and said his sandwich was okay but also very dry. Overall this was a «give it a try» place.
