Cloverdale Health Care Center

I’m Susan Robert, my family & I went to visit a friend at Cloverdale Health Care Center. When we got there we saw her for 2 minuntes. then her family showed up, and we were told we couldn’t visit or call her we were asked to leave, no explan. We had brought her a blackberry pie & birthday card as she would be 75 next day. Her grandaughter said we could leave what we brought but that she would toss them in the Garbage. I think she is jealous, and spiteful or something. I still care about my friend, hope she doesn’t think that I purposely don’t call her, ect. My sister was thinking about staying there but admissions said it would be up to my friends family since there would be a conflict of interest… but with WHO??? This place is very unprofessional and discriminating. I should look into this legally. Based on our experience with this unprofessional establishment, I cannot even rate it a 1 star… but i had to rate it to pist it. Not to mention this place looks like a run down hospital, where four residents stay together in a room and the only privacy they have is an old curtain. If you’re thinking of this place… save your time and turn the other way.
