Had a burger all the way, ie. Slaw, mustard, chilli, onions, for non southerners reading this. It was very good. The beef was good quality and seemed to be hand patted. The slaw and chilli was good also. Over all, a very good burger. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The place is really a joint, dive, but fairly clean for a bar. They make home made fries and chips that are good. The prices are right. You should try it if you have an opportunity.

Great staff and service. Unfortunate the food is hit or miss. It depends on who is cooking and which cook quit or got fired that day. It’s too bad because this place has the makings of a great little grill, but the food consistency just isn’t there. When they are on, the burgers are flavorful and tender. Perfect compliment to an ice cold beer.

This place is by far my favorite place to eat. It is hidden away off the main road going through clover. The food is reasonably priced and there is a great selection. I can never decide on what to get. Try the stuffed burgers. They are awesome.

This is how a «JOINT» should be run. I travel a lot for work. I am often looking for «that» joint. You know, the place all the locals go becasue the food and service are so good without the put on atmosphere. Well, I am so lucky to have such a place about 15 minutes from home. This place is simply awesome. I lived in the area for more than a year before I heard about it. We went for the first time the night before Thanksgiving and liked it so much, we went back 2 nights later. It is the best burger in the area… great fries and the wings are solid. And the service… FANTASTIC. Warm and friendlky… makes me feel like I have known them all my life.
The atmosphere is rustic with comfortable seating and TV’s to boot.
