Kangaroo Express

I try to give these guys business to compete with QT next door but they make it awfully difficult.
I went there recently (3 – 4 months ago) and the pump didn’t auto shut off. Gas poured out. Luckily I was standing there to avoid too much of a spill.
I have been back several times since and they seem to have removed all of the little gadgets that keep the pump going now. So, you have to hold it the whole time.
Other issues — at least one of their pumps is snail speed! I can never remember which one until I get it again! And the most evil of all… when the dang machine doesn’t print the receipt and you have to go inside. Reduces the convenience.
I predict this place will go under soon as people continue to flock to QT.
Suggestion to the franchisee, give people a reason to come… not reasons to not come.
