Dear Starbucks,
I pay $ 5.35 for this Caramel Macchiato with Soymilk plus tip $ 1 or $ 2. With that said, I expect my Grande cup to be filled 4 mm to the top. Thanks!
I feel cheated. Happens a lot. Just today wasn’t the day to be cheated especially when you find out too late to go back bc far from work.
You suck big time today Starbucks.

I like their coffee. No matter what kind of coffee it always tastes good. Obviously they are expensive than others but you enjoy it

The service here has been fantastic, and the coffee is pretty much what you would expect at Starbucks.
The location however is a little tricky. The drive through during peak times can back up onto the street and the parking lot can be a little tough to navigate. It’s a decent outlet, though if you are expecting a quick cup of coffee, you might want to avoid during peak times.

I just spent from 12:17 –12:54pm in line in the drive thru waiting for drinks for my husband and i. When I eventually got my Oprah chai it was not made correctly. So I had to park my car and go inside and have them remake it. Now I’m 20 minutes late to where I need to be.
This is not the first time I’ve waited an extremely long time for my drink at this location. The drive thru is always packed and the poor design of the parking lot causes frequent traffic jams and (as someone who used to work in the strip mall this is located), this poor design has also caused accidents. Avoid this location if you can. I know that I will be from now on.

The staff here is great. Sydney, Julie, Kelsey, et al. They’re all great and cook righteous coffee.
