I love this place. It’s true, I admit it. I’M ADDICTED! Hubby turned me on to this place. I LOVE the Lemon Pepper wings! I have had the Buffalo and BBQ but I keep going back to the Lemon Pepper wings. It got so bad that I went 3 times in one week. It’s so bad that I have asked Hubby to pick some up on the way home from work in D. C since I work in Va. It’s so bad the Waldorf location knew us both by name and order. I wish the Waldorf location was still open but hey what’s an additional 10 minute drive for some awesome yard bird!

Excellent food and excellent service! This is hands down the best place for wings in Waldorf. I don’t like the taste of World of Wings sauces and the Buffalo Wild Wings in Waldorf has bad service. Seriously, I’ve never been disappointed by Wing Heaven.

The woman at the counte war really nice & didnt have a problem providing info over the phone. When we actually arrived, I ordered a 10pc with fries & it was delicious ! They seemed to have reasonable prices for everything & they had great wing sauce choices & fry seasonings.

I’m going to first start off by saying that the customer service at this place absolutely sucks. They are nice to the customers that they know personally only. The prices are ridiculous. The manager or owner or whoever she calls herself, is very rude and makes a big deal out of all situations… Especially if you have a complaint on food being undercooked, not getting the right amount of wings(it’s not my fault your employees can’t count), the store closes so early that I have to get off 2 hours earlier just to make it in time. I seen a roach crawling up the counter and another crawling up the wall. The menu has food advertised and it’s not in even in the store, how rude!!! One day, during my lunch hour I stopped there to get a kook aid(thats the only good thing that they have) and I purchased a large blue raspberry, when the employee handed me the cup, the cup had a hole in the bottom and kook aid got all over my work uniform. And it was a very hot day, so I was sticky and wet. So I just bought a snapple from them and I leave to my car open it and it smelled like old dish water. And guess why!!! BECAUSEITWASEXPIRED. I VOMITED!!! That will be the very last time I will ever be back at this place EVER!!! I rather take that extra 20 minutes and go to the new Roy Rogers in Waldorf. They have better service, great food, no rodents or roaches eww, and no cheap cups. If you are making a choice for chicken tonight or another night, I strongly recommend that you choose another Wing Heaven, or another chicken place all together. Oh and P. S. my father came back with some fish today and it was spoiled!!! Now I have to take him to Washington Hospital Center because he ingested some. Ugh!!! NEVERAGAIN!!! Save your money please!!!

No disrespect but don’t eat here often! You’ll get fat in NO time! I discovered this place about 3 weeks ago and have literally been back 6 times! I recommend the COMEBACK! DONTSLEEP, GETTHECOMEBACK! I’m done yelling but I had the bacon cheese fries once and the bacon was kind of weak, like bacon bits in the jar. No problem though, I came here for wings! 1) Comeback 2) Honey BBQ 3) Lemon Pepper 4) Honey Heaven 5) SUICIDEKOOL-AID! lol *climbs on high horse* I WISH this place had healthier food because our black communities are dying off food like this but if you want to kill yourself, I’ll meet you there! Also call ahead of time!

This place should be called Wing Hell. My fries were burnt, fish was undercooked, chicken was nasty, they don’t have bread or mustard! The only thing good is the Kool Aid! And the old ass cashier lady w the Alicia keys braids was rude as fk! she kept making a big deal out of letting us use a military discount!!! I will never go bk. My stomach hurts right now & I threw my $ 8 slop in the trash!!! DONOTWASTEYOURMONEY

I wasn’t aware that Wing Heaven was a chain, so I was surprised that they had several locations in MI, PA, MD, as well as in NV. I just thought that their motto was funny — ‘Only the Good Chickens make it in’ :P The menu offers chicken(wings, boneless, tenders, and gizzards), Polish dogs, fried fish(perch, smelt, catfish nuggets, catfish filet, and butterfly shrimp), sides(bacon & cheddar wedges, jalapeño poppers, mac & cheese wedges, fried vegetables(oka, mushrooms, or cauliflower), pickles, etc.), desserts, and combo/kids meals. They have 18 signature sauces: Scorching, Hot, Medium, Mild, BBQ, Honey BBQ, Hot BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Caribbean Jerk, Sweet & Sour, Sweet Raspberry Pepper, Teriyaki, Mango Habanero, Bourbon, Spicy Garlic, Garlic Parmesan, Honey Heaven, and Honey Mustard. I had the 12-piece wings, in which I got ½ Medium, and ½ Lemon Pepper. The wings were requested to be ‘fried hard,’ and while the Medium ones were just okay(the sauce was okay, but the chicken was still a little undercooked), the Lemon Pepper one was actually pretty tasty, as it was crispy and definitely coated extremely well with the lemon pepper seasoning. I saw the chef pulling out a tray of marinated/seasoned wings, which were then proceeded to be fried and then tossed with the sauce of your choice; I thought that was pretty interesting! The hubs tried their fried shrimp, and these were actually quite tasty, as they were super crispy and battered well. The only thing was that the place was stingy with the sauces(even if the orders come with at least 1!). Wing Heaven also serves Kool-Aid — they have 4 different flavors: Tropical Punch, Grape, Blue Raspberry, and Suicide(which is a mixture of the previous 3) — I tried both, and while both are definitely sweet, they were still tasty and refreshing! I actually liked the Tropical Punch the best, over the Suicide. Service was friendly, and the place is carry-out only — there were many locals who seem to call ahead for carry-out. +Lemon Pepper wings(fried hard) +fried shrimp +Tropical Punch Kool-Aid :D +stingy on sauces T____T

Now this place used to be the spot; wings were delicious, food was prompt, and the over all experience was fantastic… but like all good things that time has passed. Looks like this place is under«new» management(and I use that term as loose as humanly possible) the wings now are OK at best and the customer service is just ridiculous. From the phone to the front register just terrible… and all these slights I could and have forgiven but the last straw was, as I’m walking up to this place of business to satisfy my craving for some fried chicken they simply closed shop 20 – 25 mins before their POSTED hours… if you running/working/managing a business this just a NONO… C’mon Son gots to do better

I am a frequent visitor at the establishment so much that they know me by name. This has quickly become my go to spot for wings. I feel like they have the best wings HANDSDOWN! I always call ahead and order my food and it is always hot and ready. The wings have this seasoning behind the sauce that is unreal. The staff is always nice and they will continue to see me every Wed and Sat.

Wing Heaven did not disappoint. My friend used to rave about this place and I finally was able to try it out. Ordered the lemon pepper wings, fries and suicide to drink. Wings were pretty good… almost tasted like lemon pepper wings I used to devour in Atlanta. And the suicide drink was the perfect way to wash it down. I could have done without the fries.

I like the wings. My husband LOVES the kool aid. My main problem is we went on a Friday night at 8:00 p.m. and they were CLOSED! Who closes a wing joint that early in the evening??? I hadn’t even started drinking yet! I was shocked. Had to go over to the sushi place and come up with something for my child to eat for dinner since it wasn’t going to be chicken. That part irritated me the most. I wasn’t trying to cook on a Friday night!!!

Why the down play on the stars… well WHO in the heck turns off the fish fryer at 6pm on a Wednesday, how can I get my fish wing combo when there’s NOFISH. Just weird that you would choose this time to do that, glad your cleaning it, really I am… but you forced me over to subway… I got love for the 5dollar foot long, so I deduct only one star for weird customer service on this day. I am now thinking about breaking up with you and dating Mr. Chicken Rico he’s better for my waist line anyway

I use to go here all the time. I love the wings, but I have to agree w/the other reviewers about the older lady. I don’t know if she still works there,(I believe she is either married or kin to someone there) but the last time I went I was with my boyfriend. He gave her his order and she told him he couldn’t get everything he wanted on his fries because it was bad for his health.(–_-) and she seriously didn’t put his specific order in. She can be a tad bit rude. But I never went back after that. The menu need more options… especially the drinks. Overall the food is good.

This place is alright if your just counting the wings. The flavors aren’t original however there’re pretty ok. Now, let’s get to the customer service! The male in the front was extremely polite however the short-haired older woman was as rude as they come! When we got our food the gentleman offered us dressing such as ranch, blue cheese and/or hot sauce. As we answered the woman cut us off and fiercely told the guy, «we don’t ask if they need dressing if they already got sauce on their wings. We only give it to them if they ask!!»(Which we did!). In conclusion, B for food and F for customer service! Thanks for making my FIRST experience amazing(SARCASTICALLYSPEAKING). Honestly go to the other one it’s not that far from this one.

Wings are very good, although sometimes very small. I love the honey heaven sauce. The french fries are hot and fresh and I love the Cherry Kool-Aid(although it is very sweet and will send you in a sugar coma). Food is cooked to order so call first. My only complaint is that they close so early(8:00 pm).

Very very very very good wings. The flavors vary, and the wings are fried nice and crunchy, probably from double frying. They’re stingy as hell with the sauces, I mean you’d think there was a blue cheese ration, but other than that… amazing amazing food. The regular fried is as flavorful as the sauced!

A friend of mine has been raving about Wing Heaven for quite some time now and I finally decided to give it a go. Boy was he telling the truth! Wing Heaven has roughly 20 different sauces to choose from. They also give you the option of seasoning your fries with different ingredients as well. The prices are very competitive and the food is absolutely delicious! The wings aren’t «jumbo size» but they are just right! My favorite wings would have to be the honey bbq! Just thinking about them as I type this review is making me want some! The lemon pepper wings are dangerously good as well lol!
