My mom and I ran into Dr. Dirt at the grocery store when he overheard we were looking to buy eggs. He offered to give us some of his own because it’s laying season and he has more eggs than he can sell. Seeing as this was our first day on the island visiting family friends for the first time, it was a wonderful welcome and a fantastic way to jumpstart our stay here. We would’ve enlisted Michael’s services more if our stay had been longer than an extended weekend and wish he was closer to our own home… though perhaps Whidbey Island may be in the future.
