I have been using this UPS store for a few years, and I have had nothing but excellent service. Always friendly, always professional. Service with a smile, and hands-down better than almost every other UPS store I’ve used across the USA. They open when they say they will, always give receipts.

The owner of franchise referred to their ‘package delivery’ as a disaster. Tons of oversights and mistakes made at this location. Surprised package even made it(took over 2 weeks rather than a couple days) They provided wrong tracking number… They put wrong shipping label on package. All email notifications referenced other package that repeatedly got sent to wrong address across country. Their packing service ie styrofoam peanuts was sub par and overpriced. Watchout for Tina… the overwhelmed and very emotional ‘hired’ help who raises her voice when asking for information regarding package. Customer service and sending packages is not their forte or concern. Overall this company does not know how to do the right thing to resolve issues in timely fashion. As a customer, expect to put lots of effort in to make sure they did their service. Expect a Total drama, especially with ‘hired’ help. Go FEDEX!!! Sidenote… Same owner for the guilford location so expect the same mistakes, drama, and issues.
