HORRIBLE quality and takes forever to install with many excuses. Don’t waste your money. I could have done a better job and I have no idea what to do.

Had a custom putting green installed at our home a few years ago. From the day it was installed it was junk. We called the company many times and the Owner Tom McNamara promised to come out and fix it. After quite some time I threatened to sue and contacted my attorney. Finally, someone came out once, took a look at the green and left. They said they knew how they could fix it but they never did. I was lied to another 4 or 5 times saying that someone would come out and fix it, yet no one ever did. I was scheduled for repairs a few times, but no one ever showed up. Most of the time Tom wouldn’t pick up our phone calls or wouldn’t return our messages.
I contacted another 2 people that had Tom install a green for them and they were on the same boat. They either had a terrible green installed or a deposit was taken and no work was ever done.
I would not recommend anyone give this company a job. They’re unprofessional and the owner don’t stand by his work. If anyone would like to see the green in my yard send me a message and I would be more than happy to show you their work or send you pictures.
FYI– The name of the company has changes a couple of times to go undetected, but it’s still the same people and the same company. I’m assuming it is to avoid further lawsuits.
